They ALL are so nice there. Answered all my questions. The place is always so clean when I am there. I won't go to any other place. Drive from Fayetteville to West Fork to go to that clinic. I would recommend this clinic to everyone.

I had to schedule a same day appointment with Hannah. She got me in that afternoon. I felt like she listened to my needs and concerns, and effectively addressed them. I'm new to the area, and am relieved to find such good care so close to home.

Annual Medicare wellness appointment and prescriptions renewal with CenterWell pharmacy.  This clinic is close to my home and I enjoy the ease of scheduling appointments.  Staff is organized and pleasant.   Also, like being able to get bloodwork and other tests done at the clinic.  I recommend this provider and clinic, 😊

Just a normal physical was quick and easy, people were nice  will be back again

I’ve been going to access for about 3 years now and I’ve never had to wait as long as I’ve had to in the past at clinics in Fayetteville because of their over booking. The staff has always been polite and helpful. And they have been helpful with referrals for other specialist that I may need to talk to. I still recommend them after going here for several years.

They have a new way to check-in and I didn't know what I was doing, they had no problem showing me how to do it

All my questions were answered. I didn't like the recording that answers when you call because it kept starting over. Over all, I'm happy with the visit.

Exemplary all the way around. Medical professional was not in a hurry and took time to listen to my concerns then offered step by step solutions. Staff was friendly and there was virtually no wait time.
