My family and I have used the Urgent Care in Adrian at least 10 times. They are a great alternative to the Emergency Room. Not only do they give quicker care, it is also better, in my opinion. The staff is very kind and seem well qualified.

This place is a complete joke. Do not expect to get in quickly. I called in ahead of time and was told I did not need an appt. When I arrived, I was told to use their application (initiated via a text message from them)to register, which doesn't work. When the receptionist finally listened to me that their application did not work, I was brought out paperwork to fill out. An hour and a half after i gave them my paperwork back, with two kids who were starving in the vehicle with me because we had been there three hours at that point, i called back in and was told it could be 20 minutes, or it could be another hour, they didnt know how much longer it would be. I ended up leaving, and will never go back again. I suggest you use ANY alternative if possible. You'll regret going here if you do.

All they do is talk. Make you wait hours . The female Dr. Walked in on me getting dressed and didn't wait for me to say come in . I had to cover myself up. She had a smart mouth too unprofessional as h. E double hockey sticks

What kind of Urgent Care facility won't even see you for a runny nose and a slight fever? They sent us away to make a virtual appointment. Are you kidding me? Nonsense! I'll never go back. What is this world coming to?

Took 7 days to get results from a COVID test after they told me 48-72 hours. When I did call to try and get my results receptionist hung up on me.
