JUST A BUSINESS, they can't tell you what's wrong with you without you having another visit or joining a tele-visit. In order for you to find out what was wrong, break out your check book and pay them again. So, 5 a minute phone conversation, break out another another $100. BAD BUSINESS ETHICS. Just go to a doctor, don't waste your time.

I had a real debacle when I went to Advanced Medical. It took 3 hours to get a physical due to one mess up after. But the final issue was that they charged me for an outpatient visit rather than a physical because the dr. renewed annual prescriptions. So I had to pay a copay, which I have never paid before moving to Naples. It seems that drs. have found a way to get more insurance money for an annual physical. Sounds shady and unprofessional to me, as well as many others I described the situation to on Nextdoor. Apparently this is a common practice in this area.
