The staff was very kind and prompt! Everyone I interacted with was very professional and pleasant. I arrived about 6 o’clock with a broken wrist. They got me in for the exam within 15 minutes.

Chose this urgent care because they have x-rays, had reviews for the speed of care & were less busy than usual, according to Google. The wait time was fairly long (and we scheduled ahead of time); there wasn't anybody there to do x-rays, so I have to return today for x-rays; and the exam of the injured areas was rushed, very limited or non-existent for orthopedic injuries. There were only a few patients there, so they're clearly understaffed. That said, EVERYBODY was fantastic--friendly & professional. The medical staff was knowledgeable. I think the problem boils down to poor staffing decisions.

I was already turned off by the MA that did intake. By the time the dr came in I was over it…I won’t be back! Stark contrast from my past visits on how I was treated.

I’ve been traveling and suspected having a UTI. Scheduling an appointment ASAP was a breeze and the wait was not long once I arrived. The staff and especially the attending physician were thorough. The Dr. showed genuine concern in my condition; lab work and the thorough exam revealed it was a UTI. Antibiotics ordered and recovery plan was discussed; very pleased.

I came in with a cough that had been killing me for a week. I was seen within 15 minutes of my arrival. I was listened to by the staff and then they told me what they thought and took several tests to rule some things out. Once those came back negative, we determined it was a respiratory infection and a nebulizer treatment would help. After that, a steroid prescription was sent to the Walgreens next door. The nurse practitioner also was very nice, followed up if my renal issue would hold anything up before the nebulizer or writing my prescription. Over all, I'm very happy with my visit.

I woke up this morning feeling like I couldn't breathe. And I knew I need to go get some help came to the urgent care. They were caring, impatient with me, and did everything that I needed them to do. Great experience.

I would never go here again. The doctor was reading from her phone.So unprofessional. kept trying to tell me one thing , but she would not give me a doctor's note to take to get an x ray. She was at such a hurry to get me to go to the hospital. All I needed , like I told her was an antibiotic and a steroid , and I would be fine. Which it is helping?And i'm doing a lot better , but I think she needs more practice in her field.

Cut my hand with a box cutter and needed stitches. The staff saw me quickly and were very comforting, professional, and efficient.

Easy to schedule and make an appointment right away. Very friendly and helpful staff.

My two year old son had drainage and kept tugging at his ear, so I was able to walk in and get him checked. Wait time wasn’t long at all.
