Paid $100 for the doctor to tell me I didn’t have any signs of a bacterial infection and that she would send a prescription to be filled two days later. I was in so much pain and that’s why I came in. I’m not 18 asking for a controlled substance, I’m almost 40 knowing my body better than the lady I saw. I messaged my doctor on my chart the next day when I was in even more pain with a screen shot of the recap from the doctor I had seen and she immediately sent over a Z-Pak to my pharmacy and I started to feel better the next day. That doctor had no idea what she was doing or looking for.  I told her I had this 8 months ago and was out of work for 3 days because I waited to see if it got better and it got worse and she didn’t care. Next time I won’t waste my time or money going here.

I was a walk in and was seen quickly after filling out paperwork. All the staff were very nice and helpful. The provider was very helpful and asked all the right questions. I would highly recommend the provider.

Have had ongoing ear blockage/wax/infection.  Finally had to go in.  Very satisfactory visit

Was having sore throat and noticed my tongue was white so called and when we got there the staff helped with the paperwork and was seen quickly and was taken care of with everything explained.

The Dr never returned my call..I'm in so much pain. My condition is not improving and I cannot take the medication the Dr prescribed. I called the office and left a massage for the Dr to call me back.it's clear the Dr could could care less. I haven't slept in 5 days.

Went in not knowing what to expect, but was very happy with everything that was done and the way it was handled, and the staff were all great and friendly! No insurance on my part and prices were fair for the treatment given! Definitely cheaper than the ER room for sure! Thanks to all the staff working that day!!

I had a bad cold and thought it was getting better until I woke up with one eye stuck shut.  Pink eye.  I was so glad I was able to make an early appointment and got something to help my cold and took care of my eyes.  The prescription was called in quickly and my eyes were on the mend.  I’m very happy with the process and the people helping me.

My PCP sent me to Urgent Care for X-Rays which is a service that is listed on the website. I come in for my scheduled visit and at that point I am informed that I will need to drive 30 miles away to get an X-Ray. I drive 30 miles away and I am sitting in an empty waiting room waiting for my X-ray. Maybe I should have just gone to the ER.
