I set an appointment to go in for a migraine, I checked in, and was called within a few minutes. I was seen by the doctor in a very reasonable amount of time. I was in and out in a little over a half hour. The staff was great, very friendly and the facility was clean and Covid-19 compliant.

From the start, I had to check in on an iPad that hadn't been sanitized in who knows how long, the tablet was sticky and didn't register my touches properly, which is a huge red flag because of COVID. The wait time was average, no issues there. I loved the nurse who helped me through the whole experience, she was incredibly friendly and helpful with everything I had to do, but the physician (doctor) who came in at the end was probably one of the rudest women I've met in a long time; she was snarky and had this attitude from the second she walked into my room to the second I left. She was highly unhelpful and incredibly rude, making snide comments towards me and belittling me basically our entire conversation. I couldn't get away from her fast enough, and if I had a choice, I would never use her as my physician again, however this physical is scheduled through my work, so I really don't have an option. Other than the doctor ruining my experience, the nurse staff were all very friendly, great bedside manner from the woman who drew my blood and conducted my tests, but I can't stress enough how incredibly rude the doctor was.

The convenience of online appointments and check ins are amazing. But the wait times are unbearable!!! We came for a Covid test and sat in our black car for almost an hour in 99 degree temperature. After 3 phone calls someone finally came out to administer our tests.
