Need more clarification on when you schedule a time that it is not an appointment time. Seemed understaffed for the day after holiday. Two hour wait was excessive.

I booked an appt at 4:30pm had to wait in the waiting room until 5:43pm. Then wait in the back until 6:13pm to be seen because an emergency. I feel like if an appt is made the wait time shouldn't be that long. Once DR came in things were fast.

Had a headache for five days, went in and the person I saw, Hannah, just had an attitude that I did not like. She seemed rude in a nervous kind of way, like she was unsure of what to say after everything I said. She walked out of the room and I cried because I felt unheard and unlistened to. I’m tired of these people wanting to get people in and out of their office, and not thinking about how the person is physically and mentally feeling. I think she needs to learn to read the room and realize the patient is upset and when joking around is okay and when it’s not.

I was charged a co-fee in error. $66.00. My secondary insurance was to pick up the difference of what Medicare didn't pay.

I had a sore throat for 2 days and decided to get it checked out, I was able to schedule an appointment online and was able to quickly check in. The wait was a bit longer, but it was the end of the night and it seemed like lots of family’s came in last minute for school/sports physicals. Once I was taken back, the process was quick and easy and my medication was sent to the pharmacy super fast! Thank you!!
