Battling a very tight back for 3-4 days, likely a herniated lumbar disk. The staff put a terrific plan in place with meds and rest, to help me be comfortable and be able to sleep for the next week until I can get a full diagnosis with MRI and doctor appointment.  The staff was wonderful and very attentive. I'm not impressed with this doctor on duty. I have a sinus infection and she didn't even look at my nose or ask me about my headache. She didn't listen to me. She checked my ears because they are plugged and said they are full but she didn't think they were infected even though I complained about pain. Collected my $30 and told me to take Sudafed. Terrible!

Was a walk-in after examination referred me to ER very thankful for that as I was diagnosed with shingles & the rash was around my eye. Treated at ER no eye involvement in time for antiviral. Very happy that urgent care suggested the ER.

The check in process was frustrating. Even though I've visited here before I had to fill out new patient paperwork. Then I was asked by the check in nurse a lot of the same questions from that paperwork. Explained the symptoms to the check in nurse. Primary caregiver comes in and asks me what my symptoms are. Communication could be better
