Sadly enough, my experience could have been better. The women at the front desk does not have any idea how to interact with other 'human beings'. Her "desk-side (bedside) manner" is cold & uncaring. If you chose to work in the healh care industry, dealing with peole that are obviously not feeling well, a small bit of compasion (or caring) can go a long way. She should be moved to a back office where she does not come in contact with other 'living beings'.
