Made an appointment and still waited two hours to see the doctor.

I was tested wrong my swabbing was done wrong she swabbed me for half a second on one nostril and I came back to work thinking I was negative and I woke up at 4am sick beyond I have ever felt ever in my life I go get a 94.3% accurate test kit and I test my self the correct way and I came up positive so not only did I expose my coworkers to Covid-19 because I was tested wrong but I exposed my family aswell.

I made an appointment but ended up having to wait over an hour to be seen. I was given a rapid covid test, but after waiting over 30 minutes (knowing the test takes 15 min), I had to ask the staff myself about my test results. My vitals were taken twice by two different nurses at two different times because the first one didn't write down any info. It just seemed very disorganized, chaotic, and that there wasn't good communication between the staff themselves.

Clinician seemed annoyed with us from the start. He took his annoyance out on us when he tested. I’ve had more than a few COVID tests and he stuck the swab up higher than I’ve ever experienced. So much so it made my son’s nose bleed.

This is my preferred Urgent Care! There are several closer to my home, but drive further to come to Advanced Urgent Care as I feel the quality of care is excellent. All staff is kind and knowledgeable and the facility is clean. Highly recommend!
