The front staff and initial nurse were amazing. I’ve been here several times and never had an issue until yesterday. The nurse practitioners bedside manner was not good, made me feel like I was crazy for bringing my kid in and didn’t test her for anything just looked her over and sent us on our way. M We will be back just hope we have a different NP next time.

Called AFC..got me in quickly.staff up front very good..fill out paper work..called me back as soon as turn in paperwork..took vitals..Dr. came in check me our infection in ear..answered all questions..gave me scripts with direction how to use..a very clean and nice atmosphere..

Scheduling and check-in were a breeze. Staff was friendly but when it came down to treatment, my provider (S.C., NP) was hard of hearing and couldn’t hear me wheezing. I had come in for an asthma exacerbation secondary to an upper respiratory infection. I was expecting a steroid injection but instead was sent home with a steroid pill prescription. Essentially I left the same way I came in, struggling to get a good breath in.  She did not provide instructions on how to take steroids and prescription was incorrect.
