In the past when I booked an appointment and filled out all the paperwork online, I would be seen close to that time and ahead of walkins. Today it was very crowded and the receptionist said there is no booking ahead and that I would be seen in order of arrival. If that is true, then why would a person who came in after me with an online booking be seen before me? I sat in the office for over two hours to be seen. I understand that it was crowded, but why schedule appointments if they aren’t going to be honored (within reason)?

Seen on time. PA who I saw was very caring, patient, answered all my questions. My only issue -I knew I'd need an xray, that's why I chose this office, but they don't do xrays all day. That should be on their website.
