My hayfevwe was so bad and I couldn’t get relief. After seeing the PA she gave me suggestions and I have been doing f what she said and I am much better. They were very thorough friendly and the room was extremely clean

from my initial call, to the easy checkin online, to the in person greet at the counter, super short wait (about as long as it took my 6 year old to vote on the best pumpkin craft contest in the waiting room), to getting quick vitals everything was great! now here’s what had me SHOCKED!! unlike any place i have ever needed care (slow or busy shifts) we didn't have to wait forever in the room for the doctor! he was in there within a minute and he was great with my daughter! he asked all the right questions and allowed me to do the same. if i could choose this place as the primary pediatrician for my kids, i would! thank you to the whole team for making an unpleasant ear infection not so unpleasant :) oh, and the place is spotless - i checked!

So disappointed. Went in there with an eye infection, asked the front desk lady if they treat eye issues, she said yes. Filled out the paperwork, gave all my personal information, paid the copay, waited for about two hours only to be told by the PA to go see the eye doctor across the street. Nice PA but what a disappointing experience!

I had such a great experience at AFC Urgent Care! I called this morning to confirm that they accepted my insurance, and I was so relieved to hear that they did. It has been incredibly difficult finding a healthcare provider that accepts my coverage, so hearing that was already a huge relief. The front desk staff was extremely kind and helpful over the phone, which made a great first impression. Scheduling couldn’t have been easier since I was able to walk in the same day without an appointment. When I arrived, it wasn’t busy at all, and the check-in process was quick, simple, and completely hassle-free. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and professional. What I appreciated most was how comfortable they made me feel and how attentive they were to my concerns. They took the time to listen and address my needs without making me feel rushed or dismissed. Finding healthcare can already be stressful, especially when dealing with insurance limitations, but the entire team made my experience so much easier. It’s refreshing to find a place where the staff is genuinely kind, the process is convenient, and the care is attentive. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone looking for a positive, stress-free urgent care experience. Thank you to the AFC team for making my visit such a pleasant one! I would definitely recommend this provider!

Called first to check if they had x-ray. Took a 79 years old patient who can barely walk due to arthritis with a trip injury on foot to the center. Had to then fill paperwork and then climb the x-ray bed which was Herculean only to be told the x-ray isn’t working and I need to go elsewhere. Would have been nice to know before hand. Staff was sorry with a caviat statement “unfortunately I cannot predict future” except I find it hard to believe that this was the first case of the machine not working. In a usual scenario it’s ok but not with a 79 yrs old seeking urgent care esp after I first called and checked.

Took my son in for earache and cough. Doctor immediately saw him and gave us the meds to help him. Very fast and very friendly staff. Definitely would recommend.

Got us in and out for a student physical. Everyone was very kind and friendly! They even looked up from their desks to make eye contact and smile. It’s the little things. Thanks!

The waiting room was a little dirty, saw a dead bug under the chairs, but the staff and Dr were fabulous.

Walked in everyone was very friendly no wait time and meet all my needs would recommend!!
