AFC Urgent Care, Altamonte Springs

Honestly this was the most pleasant and comfortable urgent care visit I’ve had ever and it was for a very sensitive subject.   The doctor was beyond amazing and I did not feel judged at all- which was huge.  Everyone was kind and professional.  Everything was clean.  I am so impressed.

Easy check in friendly staff. Had many people waiting on me. Better than my regular do tots office. I had to wait 5 weeks for my appointment. In and out in less than one hour will use again

Everything was excellent the moment I walked in the door. Very neat and clean in appearance. The check in person was very accommodating as I had a hand injury and she took the initiative to fill in as much info as she could due to my injury. I had barely a wait.  The nurse and Physician were both extremely nice and efficient. Explained and worked with extreme care. Took care of my cut and explained after care well. Clearly they work as a team in that office.  I would absolutely use this provider/facility for every need as this. Hands down WAY better than the ER.

My son went in with a fever and bodyaches and everyone was so very helpful and pleasant from the front desk, to the woman that checked my son in to the practitioner Dominque. We appreciate the great experience.

I could've gotten the same care and treatment using telehealth. It'd probably been cheaper too.

Have been fighting sinus infection symptoms for a week now. Saw the Nurse Practitioner and was diagnosed and prescribed antibiotics. She did a full work up. Took her time and wasn’t in a hurry. Highly recommend this office.

A family visit ends with a member from another country feeling ill and this place give us a sense of relief. Very professional, very thorough.

Really fantastic visit. Scheduled a same day appointment, got in quickly and was out the door with a prescription in no time. This facility is also spotless clean, and all the staff were very nice/friendly. Will absolutely keep this center in mind for future urgent care needs. Thanks!

It was a very easy process to check-in and schedule an appointment. I was able to get seen and provided a treatment plan quickly. Really appreciate the great self pay prices and the ability to purchase the antibiotic in the office. Highly recommend this provider and urgent care office!

I needed a prescription for an existing issue which was handled quickly and efficiently. The associates worked as a team which allowed a smooth transition from entry to exit. Good job overall
