I became ill during our Disneyland trip and found this urgent care nearby. We were able to schedule the appointment very easily online on a Sunday evening. Every staff member from the receptionist to the nurses to the doctor were extremely kind and made us feel comfortable. The doctor listened to my concerns and addressed them, allowing me to get the medications I needed to be able to return home. We would highly recommend this new & clean facility!

The understanding was great. Didn’t have to wait a long time. Everybody seemed to care. The young lady at the front desk who tells you if you have an appointment and we said no then she told me you need to get on your phone and download this app before I’ll even talk to you was really rude otherwise than that, things were great.

Dr. Klydie was very rude, didn’t prescribe me medication for my gastritis and yelled at me saying she has more important patients to attend than me. She was very unprofessional and didn’t even check me out, she’s very rude. I kept asking her if I can ask her a couple questions and she told me “go ask your doctor” when the questions could’ve been very easily answered by her. She was no help at all.

I made an appointment for 430 and got there early I was seen within 10 minutes Adrien was wonderful the Dr listened to everything I had to say and then asked his questions. Called my prescription in and gave me advice on how to continue my care at home wonderful place to go when you can’t get to your regular doctor. I actually prefer going there I have been there few times and give it a A plus

I came in for a recheck of my injury. Barbara Klyde, PA, was outstanding! She listened to me and knew exactly the extent of my injury. I have been suffering with the pain for nearly a week. She prescribed a better pain pill and a muscle relaxer. I was in and out very quickly. The office staff was outstanding, too.

Quick and easy to get in same day. Pleasant staff and doctor.

One of the best experiences I had at an urgent care appt was easy check in easy clean friendly. Got our xray with in an hour. I would recommend them highly.
