I scheduled my appointment for 130. I get to the office and the staff goes to lunch so we have to wait 45 minutes for the staff to return. Total wait time was an hour and a half. If the office is all gonna go to lunch at the same time, then they shouldn’t have that time available for an appointment. You should close the office for lunchtime.. urgent care was not so urgent .

It was super easy to book an appointment. Showed up and didn’t have to wait that long. Everyone was so nice. The nurse who gave me my shot was so kind and it didn’t hurt at all. The PA was very thorough and explained things well.

I checked in and co firmed with the app but was not told I needed to check in with the front desk. Everyone that came in after me was being called in . I finally went to the front desk to see what was going on. I was just in for a tb shot so once I was in the room it was quick. I don't think it was necessary to wait for an hour.

I went to urgent care due to having pain on the right index finger when I scheduled the day before my appointment they said that x-ray technician would be there at eight in the morning when I checked in and no one told me that the x-ray technician was not gonna be there and the nurse practitioner advised me to go to an another Urgent Care and get x-rays and it will take about one or two days through her referral, or I can go to the ER the lack of communication when scheduling and verifying if x-ray technician will be there was an inconvenience for me. Not sure if I will return here for any further or future medical needs.
