The office is clean, there was no wait and staff was really kind. The tech did not wear gloves when administering my TB/PPD test which is concerning. I was bleeding a little and there did not appear to be any band aids so I was given a tissue to use.  I think this person might have been newer and this is more likely a singular issue than representative of the entire urgent care.

The MA, Manuel, and Dr. Kassie were both so kind and made me feel very comfortable. I could tell they really care about their patients here. Wait time for a walk in was very quick and the facility was extremely clean. I would definitely recommend this urgent care and their staff!

Scheduling was easy and seamless, and so was the wait time. The waiting room was clean and inviting. The woman who called me back didn’t introduced herself so I didn’t know if she was the doctor or someone else. She was wearing a mask, but she too was coughing. She was friendly. I don’t remember if the doctor put gloves on when she worked with me, but the first woman did. The room was out of paper towels. I don’t understand why I couldn’t be prescribed sinus medication. I have green mucus and so much sinus pressure. What’s the harm in treating me with it, especially if it’s unclear what the virus is. I could have multiple viruses. I also wonder if any of my tests / DNA are being sent out for further evaluation.

Came in for pains, was prescribed something without even so much as a physical examination. Condition worsened and less than 72hrs later I ended up in the ER at a real hospital getting an procedure done for a condition completely unrelated to what was prescribed. Generally just felt like she didn't gaf and it's unfortunate because I picked this place based on reviews. Thankfully I went to the ER and they were actually competent otherwise I'd still be in pain and potentially dealing with even worse issues if it had been let to fester because of an irrelevant prescription.

When the caregiver came into my room she immediately started a timer on her phone which I assume was to measure the amount of time she spent with me. It made me feel like she was being measured at how quickly she could get in and out of seeing me. She did a great job while she was with me, but knowing we were being timed made me uncomfortable asking more questions as the interaction felt rushed. When I go to a healthcare provider, I want to feel as though my health is the priority with the caregiver. This interaction felt like a race against the clock to move on to the next patient.
