AFC Urgent Care, Arvada

Husband had a cough for several weeks went to afc walk-in was seen immediately and X-ray done meds prescribed. Clear and concise instructions. Very friendly.

Staff very friendly. Thanks to everyone there for helping . Sent me to ER because they could not treat me but told me where to go.

I went to have a boil checked and the doctor refused to look at it! I think that is horrible! She made a big deal of blood pressure which is ridiculous! I came home and had to figure how to take care of my boil! None of your business what my blood pressure was. Did the doctor check my blood pressure again? Absolutely not! Did she ever think it was high because I had an infection?! No!

Walked in and was greeted immediately by.  Staff was very competent, caring and efficient.  Clean facility.  I have been here twice and would certainly recommend them.

I got in & out in a reasonable amount of time.  It was really good for a first time going to an urgent care center.....

I had such a wonderful experience at this urgent care, especially considering how sick I was feeling with a horrible cold. From the moment I walked through the door to check in, every staff member was respectful, kind, and welcoming. Kristine, the PA, was absolutely amazing! She treated me with kindness, respect, and compassion, making me feel like a person who genuinely mattered and not just another patient. Being greeted warmly and acknowledged right away when walking into a medical office is so reassuring especially when you’re not feeling well. It immediately makes you feel confident that you’re in good hands. The communication, professionalism, and customer service throughout the entire office were outstanding. Every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and cared for. Unfortunately, this level of customer service is not something we see as often as we should these days, which made my experience even more meaningful. Thank you, Kristine, and the entire team for treating me so well, showing genuine compassion and doing everything you could to help me feel better. Your kindness and professionalism truly made a difference in my experience. Every medical office should strive to provide this level of care and customer service. I am so grateful for all of you and highly recommend this urgent care!

Most of the staff were very nice and professional. I only realized that when I left, the initial reason why I went to urgent care and then the ER, was completely looked over. One symptom was focused on while the others were dismissed.

My medical assistant was great, he’s very professional! Overall wait time was also great, and the provider was very helpful and friendly. She was very nice and understanding about my symptoms. The student was also very friendly and she had explained the medical plan amazing!

Quick, efficient and the PA was excellent! We had an appointment. We were taken right away. It was $75 co-pay. I’m just hoping it’s not gonna be more than that.

Just be prepared for them to send your scripts to the King Soopers across the street despite where you request them to go, they will completely disregard what ever you put on your forms and send it across the street. Just know it’ll take two trips to get your meds and that your time has no meaning. Also their preferred pharmacy closes for lunch at 1 so be prepared to wait on the pharmacy as well.
