was able to see my concern for something so small when my entire family thought i was over reacting. enjoyed the staff too. laughed at my stupid jokes lol.

This is a great place. Very nice, efficient, knowledgeable and understanding. I wish my primary care was this good.

Terrible waiting almost an hour and still didn’t get seen went to w different urgent care got seen within 5 minutes never been to a worse place

I had very bad pain in my big toe with swelling and redness. I was seen and diagnosed promptly. The staff- Shaylin and Chelsea were very attentive, pleasant and professional. They answered all of my questions and gave me thorough discharge instructions.

I had never used an urgent care facility prior to this, but found every step of the way exceeded my expectations by far.  In and out the door in 45 minutes and every one we met had a smile and offered great help.  Hope I won’t be back, but you can count me as a super satisfied customer!

Had an acute gout attack with some underlying issues that affected my ability to treat it. Was scheduled an appointment online. Filled out a questionnaire online. Check in on my phone and walked into the clinic. How to sign a few forms, and with seen immediately. The physician attending was thorough and knowledgeable and quickly came up with a solution to give me some relief from extreme pain and help to solve the issue. I was well-cared-for and mostly felt cared about. This was my second trip and a month to this clinic and I would recommend it to anybody.

I understand that Urgent Care has limited resources compared to an emergency room, however, our visit felt very rushed although there was no one waiting. Also, the receptionist made no eye contact the entire time I talked to her which is not only rude, but a little strange.

Sat in waiting room for an hour went got xrays of broken rib the they sent me to ER when got to ER they couldn't figure out why they sent there was nothing more they could do with my rib. Just let it heal so the ER sent me home.

Experienced intense lower back pain for a few days. Walked in and was seen quickly. Kayla was super helpful and knowledgeable. On the road to recovery!
