my appointment was at 8:30 s.m. I arrived at 8;20 and wasn't called back until 9:15 . I was difficult to get the online paperwork complete which I started before I arrived. I never got my results from my chest xray.

Woke up needed steroid shot. In and out within 1hr of setting the appointment online, coming in being seen, diagnosed and leaving. I now understand why they say this is the best place to go in the Auburn/Opelika area. The entire staff professional and very polite. The Lady at the front was beyond helpful and kind.

The nurses here have always been polite, kind, and helpful, and I’ve been coming here for the past few years. Unfortunately, my experience with the provider, Dr. Laurie, today was very disappointing. I was left waiting in the exam room for approximately 40 minutes for a test result that was expected to take about 15 minutes. When I asked Dr. Laurie how much longer I might have to wait, her response was, “You’re happy to leave if you want.” I understand that medical offices can be busy and that delays happen, but I don’t think it is unreasonable to expect basic courtesy and respect, especially when I’m already feeling unwell. The way I was spoken to was dismissive and unnecessary. I have always had positive experiences with the nurses here, which is why today’s interaction was particularly disappointing.

The computer was down when I arrived, so there was a wait, but despite her frustration, the receptionist remained positive as she worked on the problem. I will go back because the joy of Jesus was evident in her.

Great timing, even without scheduling, I prefer walk in. Got needed CXR results within 2 hours. Staff notified me, and I was able to pickup and fax as needed. Made a hectic day a great deal smoother.

Choose this urgent care based on proximity to home and a pharmacy. The online check-in process was a bit tedious after choosing an appointment time. Might consider a courtesy statement on the amount of time it takes to fill out the check-in forms before the appointment time page. After arrival, the wait time to be seen was short. The total time of the visit was short. The nurse practitioner and the technicians were polite, professional and informative. Overall, very satisfied with the experience.
