Doctor on call started looking at my issue with no gloves on and got blood on himself. Who knows how clean his hands were or how many other patients he’s touched with no gloves on. I left before he could proceed any further.

Went in for lower back pain. The scheduling and check in were super easy. The office was clean and the front desk girls were friendly and attentive. However, I waited for an hour once back in a room. The “provider” came in very stoic, didn’t introduce himself, and didn’t seem very confident at all. After taking x-rays, I was sent home saying I would receive a call. The provider couldn’t even read them. And I don’t think he was even a doctor. All to say, I guess they did all they could do, but it was an odd experience.

Super easy to schedule an appointment. I came in for an ankle injury. Was in and out in 45 minutes, including an x-ray.  Everyone from the front desk to the technician to the PA was attentive, knowledgeable and professional. I found them by narrowing down which urgent care clinics local to me were in network for BCBS and weeding out the ones with mediocre or less reviews.  AFC had solid reviews and I can see why. If I ever need an urgent care clinic again, I would definitely go back.

The staff were courteous and the wait time was very minimal. As soon as I came in they validated the information I filled out online prior to coming. The doctor saw me about 5 minutes after my vitals were taken. The prognosis seemed to be accurate and had my prescription filled immediately. It was a very positive experience.

I was having symptoms for over a week, and a cough developed with clear signs of infection and got pretty bad. I went in to see if I could at least get an antibiotic or cough medicine to help. My wait time to be put in a room was about five minutes but then I was left in a room for over an hour waiting for the provider. When the provider finally came in, he seemed so reserved and unsure of himself. There was awkward silence and I felt uncomfortable and after he did a few random things like looking in my ears, and listening to my lungs, he stood there staring at me for a bit and then asked if I ever had asthma??? Then told me I was fine and whatever I had was passing. Nothing was prescribed to me so I left empty handed. That was three days ago and I have felt worse everyday, so I’m pretty done with urgent care.
