Wait was a little long about 45 minutes with an appointment. The MA who placed the PPD test did not complete it properly. The intradermel injection left a scar and that should not occur. The injection should not burn, not hurt for a 15 degree needle. Please assist the staff with this issue.

I was a walkin so I had no scheduled appointment. I understood the reasoning for why I had to wait as long as I did but other than that, the staff was a pleasure. Checking in was ridiculously easy.Everybody was kind and considerate as well as accommodating. It was my first time at this urgent care and I will definitely go back if need be.

After visiting 3 other clinics and receiving poor service (which made me leave,) this clinic was a breath of fresh air. The staff was both friendly and professional, and the wait time was quick. The doctor had great bedside manner. I was able to share my concerns without feeling judgment. If possible, I would use him for primary care. I highly recommend this place!

I had a really great experience with Nurse Practitioner Robert. He made me feel comfortable right away and took his time during the appointment. He actually listened to my concerns and explained everything in a way that made sense. Nothing felt rushed, and I felt like he genuinely cared.
