Went in for ear ache and chest congestion. Felt like the doctor just didn’t care . My ear ached ALL night and kept me up. She said there was no infection in my ear at all. THEN, I felt as if she tried to say my cough was not of my concern. Well what the hell i come for? I feel like she didn’t resolve my issues and I’m still having an ear ache !

I was told the wait was about an hour.  I asked if I could wait in my car that was parked right outside.  With some hesitation the front office person said yes and that they would call when they were ready for me.  About an hour later she texted me letting me know they were ready.  I immediately walked in (30 seconds after the text).  I then waited another 30 minutes to be seen.   It sure what happened here

Got to a room quickly.   Once assessed by the nurse it took almost an hour for the provider to come in.   It felt like the DOT people were the priority.   Once she came in her care was great.   Need to separate the DOT/drug tests from the sick visits.  Wait was too long.
