The scheduling is ok but could use some work. It should be done on the keypad when checking in and not done on a person phone. Sending a link is to complicated for older people. Make it more user friendly

The person who saw me took less than five minutes in room with me. Gave me a throat wash and out door he went. The nurse with Clemson pull over took more time with me than the PA

The girls in charge of drawing blood were cool and the doctor did his job but one nurse or tech idk which, was trying to do like some covert psyche profiling when all I came in for was a blood test. Super creepy and makes me hesitate to use AFC in the future.

Had a possibly infected dog bite so I got online and scheduled my appointment for the same afternoon. I went in and checked in on the kiosk. I waited maybe 15 minutes and was called back. Then only waited 10 minutes until the provider came in. Katherine instantly knew what to do and had my meds called in and they were ready for pickup that night and I’m already on the mend. I would recommend this urgent care over any others in the area.

Scheduling was very easy on the website and when I came in I was seen about 15 minutes later. Receptionist was very friendly as was all the staff! I seen the Dr. within 5 minutes of being checked into the room. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. This is the only urgent care I will go to. I recommend this provider to everyone that doesn’t want to wait hours to be seen.
