I had a sinus issue for 2weeks before coming into UC. I scheduled a 4:00 appointment according to the openings. The wait is so long almost 2.5 hours. The receptionist was polite, the nurse was caring and checked in on me twice. The doctor was thorough with examine. You seriously need more than 1 NP on duty esp during flu, colds, and allergy season.

They were amazing, I never felt uncomfortable for what I was there for they made me feel so welcome. I would recommend them to anyone. I didn’t even wait 10 minutes to get seen. Even the receptionist helped me with my insurance and to get signed in. The care was exceptional with every one I saw.

Had a terrible sore throat and earache. Was able to schedule online. The process to checkin was simple and even though I waited a while due to shorthanded staff, they were all kind and courteous, apologized for the wait. I received good care and was able to get my issues taken care of

The staff was very accommodating and friendly but the wait time of 5 hours was terrible. If I could have scored a 0 on that one I would have. If I had been informed I would have elected to return the next day. 5 hours defeats the “urgent” care concept.

The staff was indifferent and not-friendly. While I was waiting I heard talking about patients. There was dirt on the lobby floor. The nurse who took my vitals seemed impatient and rude. The NP took care of me but she didn’t seem all that knowledgeable and personal. Trying to explain anything was talking to people who were dense. The lady who took my vitals was curt and terse. I don’t ever plan to go back there again. They were all impatient behind the door while I was in the room. Laughing and cutting up. In a rush to get done and get home and laughing and it took me 1.5 hours in there. Would not recommend this place. The lobby was empty when I went in for my online booked appointment. Real MD’s are never seen at urgent cares anymore.
