I walked in with a terrible toothache! I had abscess. Everyone from the sweetheart at the window to the nurse practitioner that issued the antibiotic were absolutely wonderful. They smile, and I mean really tender smiles when I had tears in my eyes because of pain. I love all of you and I thank you and appreciate you and I recommend you to everyone! Yes I already have! Thank you thank you thank you. I forgot to mention that at the window I did not even have to struggle with the sign in paperwork that sweetheart did it all for me!! You are truly a one of a kind establishment! God bless all of you and thank you again!

Wait time was horrendous. I’m not sure if it’s a staffing issue, but to have and hour plus wait time is concerning for any future medical need I might have. I had 2 people in front of me who also waited an hour plus. The front desk attendant was nice and friendly but the nurse attending to me could have been more friendly. It might have been an off day for them so no qualms there. The quality of care was also not great. For a hair follicle test, I’m not sure why im pulling out so many cut hairs when I get home. A follicle is at the base of the hair just gentle pull what you need out. Why are you cutting my hair.
