Very quick service considering it was a Saturday afternoon. The nurse and practitioner were both very friendly and provided excellent care. We will come back if needed and will recommend to family and friends.

Was doing a follow up on pneumonia and staff members rolled out the red carpet. Staff took vitals, questioned me how I was feeling n how I was doing throughout. After review of my status I was given a chest x-ray to see how the pneumonia was going and still saw some in the right lung lob. They explained how it looked and listened to my lung again. They prescribed antibiotics and had them ready at the local pharmacy for pick up. Really a good visit.

I had been feeling bad for two days. When I went on everyone was very nice and professional. If I have another illness I will go to this office. It is close to my home which is a plus.  I would recommend them to others

I received great and prompt care from the staff at this facility.  Unfortunately their IT wasn’t working properly so my scripts did not get sent to pharmacy.  The pharmacist was unable to get through on the phone so I had to call the urgent care to get the scripts faxed through.  Again the staff was great but their connectivity created failure.  Up your game, Bon Sec! It would be much more convenient location-wise to visit Prisma urgent care.  Probably technology-wise as well.  But my primary and most other care is with Bon Sec.
