Our experience with Bons Secure today was so different than Sunday. The person at the front desk was asleep..when we woke her up she was so rude. As a matter of fact she was hateful. She flat out told us my husband couldn't be seen there today we would have to come back Monday even though I told her he had got worse and I was told by the doctor Sunday to come back if he gets worse. We we finally seen but referred to St Francis downtown.

Just walked in without calling for appointment. Was called back after about 30 minutes. There were 3 other patients ahead of me. Was treated professionally and had a short wait before the PA came in. She checked out my ear problem and suggested a plan of care. I left with an RX and was feeling some better by bedtime. Thanks!

Playing with dog, got kicked in eye. Used my eyewash device but a few hours later started to hurt. They found a scratch on the colored part of eye, not affecting vision. Got some eyedrops and in morning felt much better. I got lucky.
