UTI: have often; always got to AFc; my protocol is antibiotic, nausea medication and  Torodol shot for the back and surrounding pain.  No.... bout today; totally disregarded my plan of what I know works can't give Torodol bc of my age, but go home and  take Tylenol and ibuprofen instead! Torodol is a souped up ibuprofen; I get it each time with a UTI why do some Doctors just have to be annoying and won't listen; I politely asked twice and told her why! Now a night of suffering bc of didn't get shot!

Was having a real bad spasm in my lower back. So decided to visit. The staff was very concerned about my discomfort and listened very carefully. After gathering the Information, they decided to get more of an In-depth look. From their findings I had something more deep rooted. Was very thankful to know what caused my pain. Highly recommended facility

The only issue I had was blood pressure reading on my left arm. It tightened up, then took forever to release pressure. She tried it again and same thing happened. It was taken later on my right arm on another machine. The reading was very high on top and bottom numbers, so it was taken again. That time it was correct.

I scheduled arrival for 2 pm. When I arrived there was a woman and child being called in. I was then alone for 45 minutes until I was called into the exam room and another 15 minutes waiting for the PN - I thought I was seeing a doctor. She very briefly examined my hip and called for some imaging, took only a few minutes but waited another 25 to 30 minutes for the results. Nothing to note but a small bone spur - diagnoses as probably arthritis. I forgot to mention that the receptionist waved me away and said she would check me in in about 2 minutes. 10 minutes later she spent about 2 minutes getting a copy of my drivers liscence and insurance card,

Visit and check-in was fast staff was friendly I had a great experience

Front desk and triage were incredibly nice and friendly, made the whole process quick and easy. The nurse practitioner was helpful but abrasive.

Needed to have a staple removed and they were very easy going and gentle.  Never had a stitch or staple before (and I was nervous) but they were very good

Staff was very kind and helpful .I feel as if all stops were taken to ensure my comfort and I was taken care of .
