Went in for a DOT physical. Everyone was very kind however it seems like there either needs to be a system/wifi update or a person to person communication update. After about 25 minutes in the room(after the nurse had finished her part) I had to go out and ask how much longer it would be. Turns out, in the “system” it appeared that the nurse hadn’t finalized her “part” and the doctor was waiting on that. So all in all, I was there right at an hour for a 15 minute physical. Again, staff and doctor were all very kind but that needs to shift. Who knows how long I would have been there if I hadn’t stepped out and asked.
