Absolute terrible experience, staff does not care about job or others. Stayed on cell phone under the desk while I was waiting to ask a question, also busy eating food while at front desk instead of attending to others who were coming in to check in. The evacuation plan that is in the building is absolutely pointless because it shows with a blue dot you are here but instead of changing the location of the blue dot per room or area you are they have over 25 blue dots on the whole map which does not good whatsoever. I will not EVER recommend anyone to go to this location in Greer nor would I ever go to this location if I felt like I was dying cut my arm off or anything in between by far the worst afc urgent care I’ve ever been to. My last visit was the exact same the ONLY reason I have to go there is because my job does their random drug screens at the Greer location.

The staff and nurse practitioner was very efficient. They listened to my complaints gave me meds and I was out less than an hour.

Checking in was a hassle when you use the machine and have to use the phone also. As an older person that is a problem. The clerk at the desk, not friendly with greeting you, no personality and same for nurse who took your vitals. Never had this experience at other Urgent care and would not recommend this one. I had to recommend my own treatment.

I was welcome here with great hospitality my wait time was right on time and the environment was very pleasant,I felt comfortable and at ease would definitely recommend this place to anyone who’s not good with hospitals

I walked right in and only waited a few min.  The receptionist was very nice and professional.  The doctor was very good and new my diagnosis. I would go back if needed.

Reserved an appointment for coughing, left shoulder hurting and reserved at wrong place so the receptionist canceled it for me and sent the right link.  There wasn’t a lot of people there when I got there a little before 9 and I didn’t leave until going on 11 think that that could have been shorter wait.

Needed to do drug screening for job.  Check in went smoothly as a walking- called right away.  Staff very pleasant and quick.  I did wait for a while but bot too long considering I was a walk-in.  Drug screening process explained clearly and completed quickly.  A good experience
