My cold blossomed into a sinus infection and this place was opened at 8:30am on Labor Day. I had low expectations since it was my first time here but I was blown away how streamlined and efficient the whole process was. All forms are completed digitally and there was no paper anywhere in sight.   My questions were answered promptly during and even after the appointment by all staff members. I’m still a little stunned how great my experience was. Clearly, I have been going to the wrong medical facilities all these year.  Thank you!

I waited for over an hour in the waiting room. Got taken back, took them less than 5 minutes to do the swabs. The nurse was very mean and rude. Waited another hour in the room to be taken care of and once the doctor came in, I told her I’ve been waiting for 2 hours and she tried to gaslight me and say I’ve only been here for an hour. Then said “do you want help or do you want to leave?” Which I felt was very rude. They had no problem getting me out of there quickly after that conversation.

Booking an appointment was really easy. Check in was fast and great. The staff was hit or miss, some were friendly, others appeared to maybe be burnt out/rushing/not really caring. I get it, dealing with the general public is a lot, but I felt like I was wasting everyone’s time. I was there for about an hour, which also felt like a long time to me. It took no time for me to go back into the room and get my vitals checked but everything else took forever, and i felt like shit. I couldn’t breathe through my nose because of my illness and I was uncomfortable. Overall, not the worst doctor’s visit yet not the greatest either. I hope this is helpful.

Quick and easy appointment with X-rays taken and read within half an hour, a process that would have taken much longer at a doctors office. Staff was great.

I finally went in after some issues I’d been nervous to get checked out. The wait time was awful, being just over two hours, but that’s somewhat to be expected with walk ins at urgent care especially around lunch time. Kelly was my provider and she was amazing. The appointment itself only took about five minutes before I was good to go. She made me feel very comfortable with what I was dealing with and it felt like she had concern for me as an actual person, as opposed to someone she’s trying to get in and out so she can see the next patient.

I got lucky because it was a slow morning. I did a quick check-in and was seen by a tech and then a doctor within maybe five- ten minutes. Both (as well as a receptionist) were very helpful. I especially like how the doctor communicated with me. I, fortunately, don't visit urgent care facilities very often, but I've had very good experiences with AFC in Boulder twice in the past 2 1/2 years.

I had a 1 cm thorn in my foot that had healed over and they did an excellent job getting me in and out quickly.

I went to urgent care to make sure I didn't have a foot fracture. Getting a same day appointment was great, but then I ran into some issues because I was going specifically to get an x-ray and despite advertising x-rays not all locations can take them and the locations don't continue to communicate with you after scheduling to sort out where you should actually go. I was told I didn't need x-rays, but asked to have them taken anyway because that's why I was there, and was them told I don't have a fracture and sent on my way. I went to an orthopedic office and had them send me my x-rays, only to find out that I've been walking around on a foot fracture and it was clearly visible on the x-ray before the surgeon could point it out.
