Absolutely disgusting!!! I Never ever WILL come to this place again. The receptionist with the long braids down to her ankles apparently has a problem with her attitude. Not only is she unprofessional, but had the nerve to call an eighty year-old man crazy the staff knew it and didn’t care. Be very cautious when you’re dealing with these hood rats!!! This was my 1st time here after I sent my husband who was not feeling well. So glad I went after having such a bad earache, but was even happier that I git NP Maria who he had. Sweet, patient and very thorugh. I do not go to doctors unless it's really bad. The staff was nice and polite. I will definitely recommend them.

How is this place still in business? We took our son to AFC Urgent Care on Friday for Strep throat. Patient docs need to be filled out on your phone, have fun with that. Dr Patel won’t see you in person because you are “sick”, they don’t let “sick” patients in the building. But they have a sick nurse who goes to your car to do the testing. ????? So, Dr Patel will do telehealth for your visit. WOW! The awesome observations done over the phone. So, proficient. Why did we go to the Doctor? Oh, Strep throat for our son. So, between allergies and Strep. We were to get Flonase and amoxicillin. This whole time we are in the car. The scripts “were” sent to the pharmacy. Yea, right. Flonase made it to the pharmacy, not the amoxicillin. Does AFC urgent care pick up the phone or check messages after 4pm? That would be NO. Pharmacy called and we called over 12 times. The person who checks the messages comes back to work on Monday. We ended up going back to the AFC urgent care to get the script sent to the pharmacy. Don’t worry they care about you and your well-being. I am not sure what to make of this place. Incompetence, laziness, arrogance …??? All I know is to steer clear of it.

I very rarely criticize places or leave negative feedback. I visited this facility, which advertises everywhere that it is open until 8 pm, to get a urine drug screening done. The urine drug screening is required for my graduate school program. I work full-time (in healthcare) from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, so I couldn’t get here much sooner. They told me that they stop doing urine drug screenings at 6:00 PM, when I arrived at 6:04 PM. They turned me away. That is just a bad business and terrible customer service. I will never seek care or recommend AFC again, especially as someone who works in healthcare and knows what good and bad patient care means.
