Medical staff were great, service was quick but Just let people check in without a dang QR code. If I have to scan my own DL and insurance card, the price should reflect that. Won’t go back because of that.

Had infection and face swelling. Stopped in and other than making us check in on phone ( tough for older people) the visit went well and good results.

scheduling within the app is stupid. they give you available times, but they aren't times for the appointment, they are times to get into the office and wait. What's the point then? front desk staff at this location is rarely friendly. staff that actually sees you for whatever emergency you're there for is much better. I would go to another location if one was closer, but I cannot. I'm and limited to always visit this location because of proximity. If there was a competing Urgent care in the area, I would go there instead.

I had ultrasound done tons of pain in my knee has been over a day. I still haven’t found out my results. Unacceptable.

I think only having one person there and over hearing the front desk lady saying she had to help and was going back-and-forth for a walk-in that is fairly busy is a little bit disconcerting. Granted it is Labor Day weekend coming up I don’t know somebody could’ve got sick you never know. I guess I got there at 2:40. I got seen at 3:40. I had my vitals taken earlier, but I meant seen by the physician assistant. Don’t get me wrong. They were both very, very good and very nice.  I have been there before and I would definitely go there over their competitors.

Had respiratory crud. They got me in quick and I was diagnosed and prescribed lickety split! Highly recommended them!

I was extremely disappointed with my recent visit to this urgent care. I was told that the blood work/service I needed could be accommodated, and I even called several times in advance to confirm this—especially because I was trying to be seen at the last minute. After paying an expensive copay and going through the visit, I was ultimately told that the service could not be completed because my vein was too small. What was particularly frustrating was that this was not communicated to me or asked beforehand, despite my multiple calls specifically asking whether the service could be provided. During my visit, the front desk staff repeatedly mentioned that the facility was short-staffed that Saturday. While I understand staffing challenges happen, that should not come at the expense of clear communication and patient care. When I called back afterward to address what happened, I was disappointed that the front desk did not make a meaningful effort to accommodate the situation or make things right. Fortunately, I was able to receive the proper care elsewhere. Overall, the experience was frustrating and left me feeling that my time, money, and concerns were not taken seriously. I would strongly encourage the facility to improve communication with patients and have a better process in place for addressing situations like this.

My nurse was absolutely phenomenal and extremely kind, helpful, and attentive. The APRN that saw was prompt, kind and gave very good care.  The online scheduling system was very user friendly.  Both the nurse and APRN made sure I had no further questions and helped out my extreme white coat syndrome at ease

My son had been complaining of ankle pain when running so I took him in for an x-ray the next morning. We got in right away and scheduling was a breeze. The x-ray did not come back right away so we left and unfortunately didn’t hear back from anyone so I had to call myself to check on results. It has been over 24 hours and still have not heard back from the PA. Besides that, I have had nothing but wonderful experiences here, and will continue to recommend.

I was a walk in........wait time, including completing necessary paperwork, was apx 10 minutes.....professional staff, thorough exam, diagnosis and course of action completed promptly........a great experience!!
