No MD available, did not follow proper protocol for a vasovagal response causing patient to need transport to ER via ambulance. Should have been a simple suture removal.

Staff was awful. They had an attitude and rushed me out. Didn’t treat me. I’m going to my primary. Such a waste of time. I want my copay back.

Scheduling was easy. Front desk staff were very unprofessional. One of them was digging in their mouth with their finger at the front desk while the other’s attitude wasn’t friendly. Especially towards a family who had a language barrier. The doctor herself was very nice and informative.

I was a walk in and everything went extremely well. The entire staff was so efficient and kind. The entire place was spotless and so well organized. I highly recommended this ER

Last week no wait; this time a few hours and reservations didn’t seem to help. Staff were pleasant despite being obviously busy. I noticed that none of them had name tags and I don’t recall anyone introducing themselves. But this time I got my ear washed out so can finally hear again! So thanks for that.

I had a very disappointing experience with the front desk staff at this urgent care, and unfortunately, this is not the first time. Every time I have visited, the staff at the front desk have been consistently rude, unwelcoming, and unpleasant. During my most recent visit, I arrived at 6:00 PM, even though the office closes at 7:00 PM. The receptionist initially tried to turn us away because they were closing soon. I explained that there was a 6:15 PM appointment available online, and her response was, “Well, if you could book it online, then we’ll see you.” Her attitude was unprofessional and completely unwelcoming. The next staff member was just as cold and unpleasant, with no smile or basic courtesy. When I asked about my son’s height and weight, she told me she would let me know after she wrote it down, but she never did. This is especially frustrating because the nurse practitioners inside are always wonderful. They are helpful, caring, and have excellent bedside manner. Unfortunately, the positive experience with the medical providers is overshadowed by the consistently poor treatment from the front desk. On a previous visit, their system was down, and there was an issue with my insurance information and the paperwork I had already completed. When I politely asked about whether my information was in the system, the receptionist told me I could go somewhere else. That is an unacceptable way to speak to a patient who is simply asking a reasonable question. The problem is not just one bad day or one isolated incident. The front desk staff have repeatedly demonstrated a lack of courtesy, professionalism, and customer service forcing me to finally write this review.Patients come to urgent care because they or their children need medical attention, and the least they should expect is to be treated with respect. The nurse practitioners deserve recognition for the excellent care they provide, but management really needs to address the behavior of the front desk staff. A friendly, welcoming attitude can make a huge difference in a patient’s experience, and unfortunately, that has been consistently missing here.

What is the point of making an appointment if you still have to wait two hours with a young child who has a fever of 100.4°F (38°C)? After all that waiting, the visit lasted barely two minutes. The provider didn’t even listen to my child’s lungs or check his ears or throat. Very disappointing—we came for a proper medical evaluation and left feeling that my child had not been thoroughly examined.
