I was seen on 11/29/21 and had to do a follow up since my symptoms had worsen. Needless to say the following 2 days i went online @9:00am to be exact to find an telemedicine appointment for 11:21AM fast forward 3 hours later i called and was told i’ll receive a link once the doctor is ready. 30mins afterwards I drove to the location only to be told that the doctor will not be doing any telemedicine appointments and I would have to wait 2 hrs to be seen, I said okay I will will wait. Mind you this was @1:30 to be exactly now at 3:27 I’m still waiting for the so efficient buzzier to be rung and still no response. If you’re able to go somewhere else please do. I then decided to go to docs urgent care and got in within 20mins time. Ridiculous right!

Desiray at the front desk was extremely courteous and helpful made me comfortable coming here and the staff was great as well too👍🏿

The wait was really long but when I was called back it was quick.

I arrived at 3:25 for a 3:30 COVID-19 test appointment. I'd completed all registration questions online (some pieces of info were required twice) and sent pics of my license and insurance card. The receptionist wasn't welcoming. I gave her my name and she told me it would be about a ten minute wait because she had to "set it up". I'd entered the info hours earlier a d confirmed the appt. At one point my name was called by someone behind the plexiglass. It was difficult to hear. I thought it was time for my test but she asked what test I wanted and, after I told her, she directed me to sit back down. I was surprised to learn I could have only one type of COVID-19 test since the website choice I made indicated I'd be getting tested twice. I was concerned as the number of folks in the waiting area reached 15. I was eventually called in and when I expressed my concern about getting 1 instead of 2 types of tests, I was told other people had shared the same concern. After the test I was told I could wait outside and would be called with the results. If I wanted a report of the results, I'd have to come back in and retrieve them, unless the results were positive, then they'd be brought out to me. I tested negative and retrieved the results. I found the person sitting behind the desk to have a very negative disrespectful tone. I didn't appreciate having my name called out twice at a low volume difficult to hear over the TV. I didn't like waiting in a room with 14 other people for a scheduled test that takes about 2 minutes to perform and for which I was pre-registered. I don't know why I was asked to provide my email address if the report can't be emailed. I was disappointed, didn't feel that the number of people in the waiting room was safe, didn't understand the reason for the wait, and felt the registration process and result sharing process was inefficient. I truly hope I'll be able to find a different location should I need to be tested on a weekend.

First they gave me wrong information the day before.had an appointment for 12 n 1230pm for my kids didn't leave until 130pm for a covid test. Very unprofessional the front desk assistant was.
