AFC Urgent Care, Brockton

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Top-Tier 10/10 Excellent Service! I had an absolutely wonderful experience at AFC  Brockton westgate Urgent Care!The clinic is incredibly clean, bright, and even smells good, which immediately makes you feel comfortable. The staff here truly cares about their patients. They go above and beyond to help you with absolutely anything you need. Unlike other clinics, they actually take their time with you, listen carefully, and are incredibly understanding of your needs. The level of care here is unmatched—I honestly wish I could see a primary care doctor here because I would love to come back for all my medical needs! I give this place a perfect 10/10 and highly recommend it to anyone looking for excellent, compassionate healthcare.

The receptionists were very nice, as was the woman that brought me to the room and asked me the preliminary questions. However, the nurse practitioner that saw me rushed through the visit. I started by telling her I had a severe cough and my chest felt like it was seizing during particularly bad coughing fits. She never checked my breathing or examined me at all. I wasn't even able to tell her all of my symptoms before she said it's just an acute cough and told me she'll get discharge papers and walked out the door. I'm concerned that something was missed. I also still haven't heard back from anyone about a medication replacement for the one my insurance wouldn't cover.

My granddaughter’s visit yesterday was a walk-in. We were pleasantly surprised how well things went! The check-in was done with ease, the wait was quick. Maeysa Saleh was thorough, knowledgeable, and made the visit for me and my granddaughter feel safe. Maeysa was friendly, reassuring and that put a smile on my granddaughter’s face! Maeysa was committed from beginning to end in her treatment! Maeysa’s dedication was above and beyond! Making sure my granddaughter understood her instructions. Maeysa offered referrals as a follow up! We left feeling very confident in her plan of action and I would definitely recommend services at AFC above any care center we have encountered in the area! Yours is number one!! Great staff! Ty!!!

I didn't really get much care. I had a cold and throat was itching. I also had some back pain that I went for. I was just offered a bunch of pills based on the symptoms I shared. No follow up questions, no check on where the physical pain was. The person/doctor that came to see me wasn't friendly at all. Looked like someone who didn't get much sleep. Wasn't a great experience.

I’m not sure why appointments were available every 15 minutes because I had to wait over an hour to be seen.
