The initial wait time was good. However after being triage I was left in the room to wait 30 - 45 minutes. I’m uncertain why that occurred being nobody else was waiting to see the physician. My physician seem to have a slight attitude not verbalized, but through subtle body language. I asked for a letter for work and was told I can only get a letter off until Sunday. Even though I had been tested for RSV and Flu and the results were pending being they’re not done onsite. I was told I would need to come in Sunday to pick up my results. In the future I would return back to the clinic if there's none available in my area. However I now know what to expect. I’ve been here in the past and I didn’t have this experience.

Came in for my son and self. With only 4 people ahead of me and after 2 hours we had still not seen by the doctor. I could have went to the hospital and been seen by a doctor within those 2 hours.

I don't no if it was a triage nurse or a doctor's assistant but she took my son's weight and height no vitals and put us in a room. We were there for 45 minutes not being seen by anyone until I complained and I should have done that sooner. I got at 9 am and didn't leave until almost 12 pm. I have never had that experience at urgent care before.

The process was amazing and staff was too but the doctor didn’t seem as if she cared or wanted to work. She stated having a wheeze after a treatment is normal and in all my life of asthma I would be treated for wheezing to stop and given liquid medication a pump and other solutions to help. I still felt short of breath when leaving but hoping the medicine she prescribed will work. Overall I had a great experience with everyone else just not the doctor. I also overheard her not wanting to help the staff when drawing blood or even be in the room with the patient, it was unprofessional in my opinion

Do not go get covid tested here i waited 3 hours for a process that takes literally less than 20 seconds. The place is new and clean but not convenient for people who need to get to work right after. Mind you I got there 10 minutes before them opening at 8am there were about 15 people already infront of me there noooo reason why it takes 3 hoursssss just for that amount of people.
