I understand it is an Urgent Care where a lot of emergency cases are dealt with but I feel as the doctor rushed my situation. Barely let me explain myself and when he finished, he nearly flew out the room before I can even get any questions out. There were details regarding my health and prescriptions I needed to know more about. But when I respectfully brought it to his attention he has the nerve to tell me I had an attitude since he walked in. Really? An attitude? Absolutely not, I’m just under the weather and dealing with all these symptoms, and even then I treat everyone with respect.  I would like to add that the receptionist and nurse who attended me were great! I have no complaints with them. My only issue is with the doctor who attended me.

I woke up with a spasm on my right side of my neck the doctor came in pressed down on my neck looked  at me and said it’s nothing he can do for me and that he was discharging me to take some Tylenol so I asked u basically charged my insurance just to say it was nothing u can do and his exact word was yes!! Then proceeded to walk out the room and went to get me discharge papers. My experience here for the first time ever was horrible and I will never return!!!

Staff and doctors were wonderful only complain is doors open at 8am MA didn't get there till 9am so nobody couldn't be seen until MA arrived so basically sitting around waiting with other sick patients in the waiting area until a medical assistant arrived. Please schedule accordingly. If I wanted to sit around n wait I would of went to the ER
