Woke up this morning with ear ache, I walked in and service was great.

I walked in the office to see a professional because of a weeklong ailment of chest congestion pain and stuffy nose. I was seen within 15 minutes of my arrival.Staff was friendly and courteous ..Environment was clean and airy . I  was  very pleased with my provider and her staff. I would recommend them without hesitation.

The staff is absolutely wonderful! From the receptionist to the medical staff just a 10/10 experience overall. I wish I could remember her same but the doctor with brown braids was wonderful!!!! So professional and warm!

I was pleased with their knowledge and professionalism. After making a quick call, I walked in shortly after, did the necessary paperwork and was dealt with within 5 minutes.

My boyfriend and I were suffering from multiple symptoms of heavy mucus, terrible sinus congestion and headaches, coughing, wheezing, chills and cold sweats. We were new to the area and to the urgent care and had trouble making an emergency appointment and signing in. The lovely young lady at the front desk checked us in and had us seen with in 15 minutes upon arrival. They did the usual tests to rule out COVID and strep. While most of our symptoms were similar we did have different diagnosis. My headaches and chills were due to an inner ear infection and a sinus infection and my boyfriend had a sinus infection and an upper respiratory infection. We were treated with the upmost care and regard and wouldn’t go anywhere else for treatment or check ups in the future.  And our prescriptions were put in to a pharmacy right next door. It couldn’t have been easy being sick. We are extremely grateful.

The staff was very friendly the doctors very professional and very attentive. Definitely will recommend this urgent care hospital.

I went to work and on my way home I just felt bad and knew I wasn’t feeling well, I already had a child sick and asked for the day off from work, I went to the urgent care care and was treated very good because I was already having symptoms of some type of respiratory issues was tested for the flu and Covid.
