Your check in procedure is a joke. First sign on phone(to long) then wait to be called to reception to do all over again. No printed receipt. You assume everybody has a printer at home. I am told next time I come in I must do a double check in again. No way I am coming back.

Scheduled a pre-employment drug screening for 3pm. Showed up early as instructed. While waiting, the system discharged me and none of the workers knew how to fix it. This was followed by a phone call to someone who had to help fix it. This turned what should’ve been a 15 minute appointment into a wait time of 30 minutes, just to be seen for 8. Rather displeased with my experience
