AFC Urgent Care, VA Telemed

Woke up this morning had a bad cough. She was so friendly very attentive very polite. I felt very relieved to have a decent doctor like her to do my appointment today.

The day before my appointment I was exhibiting UTI symptoms. I have experienced several before. I was thrilled to get an AFC Urgent Care Apt quickly the following morning. Scheduling was a snap, as I had the Solv app. The office manager and tech support team were patient and supportive as I began the virtual appointment process. Check in Process,  Staff and ESPECIALLY my Nurse Practitioner ; were compassionate, efficient and very professional. Phenomenal Experience that quickly resolved my extremely painful UTI crisis. I highly recommend this provider and the very capable team members.

Very competent and professional. Ease of scheduling and availability. Makes it a lot easier when you’re not feeling well.

I did even have my apt it was set for 12pm not 10 why did this happen i didn't even see the doctor

I scheduled for 12 because I needed 12 or later  They called and canceled my appointment at 11 Not happy

The telehealth service was Great. I love that the doctor was warm and made the process a breeze. Most of all I was thankful that I didn't have to wait and how well I was treated . Thank you so much .

Where has this been all my life??? I just returned to work after a hospital stay and wound up with a severe sore throat.  The provider I spoke to was helpful, thorough, and friendly!  I will recommend tgis provider and this health service to my family, friends, and every parent at the school where I work!  Truly a safe way to be seen and save time along with avoiding picking up more germs when you are already down for the count!
