I waited 45 minutes in call cue and no one answered. I understand that people are busy and have other priorities, but don’t call it an appointment and then not even pick up the call for a teleheath visit.

Waiting an hour in the waiting room area. Ended up having to call them to get someone to see me.

I have been dealing with this stomach bug for a few days and wanted to get checked for it. I haven’t been able to make it physically to the office and saw telemed was available. It was very easy to get an appointment but no one ever connected. I waited for almost an hour. I called the office and no answer. I left a voicemail and got no call back.

No one ever showed up for my appioment so sat there on video for 1hr waiting no call or anything

Dr Jacob was so nice to me. He was on time, quick, patient, knowledgeable, and VERY handsome.
