Me and my son logged on 15 minutes prior. After waiting for so long we logged into the text sent to us instead of through the app. We waited 30 minutes to no avail. No one showed up we never got any kind of email, call. I certainly hope we’re not going to be charged for not seeing a practitioner and wasting a half hour of our life to sit and look at ourselves in a tiny window on  phone while my battery dies. Why a joke.

I waited 15min and no one ever arrived to the call. I took a break from work to make this appointment. Just kept saying waiting for an AFC person. Do not recommend

Nobody answered the phone sat for over a hour  . Very disappointed

I booked twice and no provider came on the virtual. I have not seen a provider and I booked twice. I had never been seen yet. I still haven’t been seen yet.

No doc logged on for my visit. Doesn’t get much worse than that.

No one showed up. I waited for nothing. It was not good.

I waited 45 minutes in call cue and no one answered. I understand that people are busy and have other priorities, but don’t call it an appointment and then not even pick up the call for a teleheath visit.
