Took my son in for abdominal pain/nausea. Staff was friendly but I felt the provider had already made her call on what was wrong (food and the FDA being understaffed) before doing a full exam. We mentioned he had chills on and off but they did not take his temperature, just asked if he'd had a fever at home (to which I replied I didn't know bc I had a thermometer that did not work).

Had more contact with the medical assistant. Dr. Came in, introduced herself. Stood about a foot away from me, told me to ahhh. She looked in my throat and said it looks good. Told me to stand and had me take several deep breaths while she listened. Sounds good. I coughed while with her. Had told her my throat felt on fire. Never felt around my neck. Said she’ll call in tessslon pearls and I should get my results tomorrow afternoon, walked out. I know it’s an urgent care office, but to be so cold and seemingly afraid to get close to a patient. Wow, she’s in the wrong business.

Front desk and nursing staff taking vitals are always terrific. I was very disappointed in the nurse practitioner. First of all, he mumbled significantly and we couldn’t understand a word he said. I told him my daughter has swimmers ear, which she very clearly does, and he told me she doesn’t, that she has an ear infection. Yes, swimmers ear is an OUTER EAR INFECTION requiring drops. He prescribed antibiotics that do not work. I used OTC drops to temporarily reduce some of her pain, and sure enough, the water causing infection is leaking, so we just go back today for drops, which is what she needed to begin with. He was in the room for less than a minute and didn’t listen to any of her symptoms or discuss pain. She was just at a lake for a week… swimmers ear (outer ear infection) fit 100%. He just didn’t want to be told that I knew what the issue was, he had to be right. Sure enough, he’s wrong.

I was experiencing symptoms with what I figured was a UTI. I booked an appointment online, and when I got there, I had to do a bit of paperwork and upload my insurance info. I was then checked in. After that, my wait time was 35 minutes before I was seen. The staff up front was terrific; she updated my wait time every 10 minutes. She was kind, professional and even though she was very busy, she was attentive to my needs. I was then shown to a room in the back, where my vitals were checked, labs/urine was taken, and then the NP came in. He asked me some questions, listened to me attentively, assessed my symptoms, and made a conclusion. He sent me home with prescriptions for me to pick up at my local pharmacy. With in an hour, I was home taking the meds prescribed. The labs results came in a few days later, where I received a phone call and told that what he had prescribed for me was exactly the correct medication since the results of the tests confirmed his diagnosis. All in all, I was 100% satisfied with my experience and would recommend this facility to anyone that needs an analysis with mild to moderate symptoms.

Both Receptionist were helpful in assisting me with completing my check in on my cell phone. They both were very friendly, polite, and accommodating. I was a walk in and the check in process was smooth and I was seen within 15 minutes. I would definitely recommend this facility to family and friends.
