Made appointment and when I got there and checked in on line it said I was the only one there. When I walked in I was not alone, there were 3 other people ahead of me! I don’t understand the concept of having an appointment when it doesn’t mean anything. I waited over an hour to be seen so I was not happy with this. The only good thing though was that the dr or np on duty was good. She had a great personality and I feel that she was thorough.

I had the worse experience! Dr never really looked at me. Gave me medication that I got very sick on. Also, I called at 12 pm to let them know I was not feeling good. I called back at 4:15 because no one called me back.

So far I have been here 2 times in a week with 2 of my kids. The nursing/Doctor staff is amazing. The check in staff well that another story they dont seem to know about whats going on or even really care they take NO extra step to listen to people or show any empathy towards people that may not completely understand checking in by scanning your QR codes. Hopefully they are able to find someone to work the front chwck in area who would fit the fact that pwople dont want to be there they are there for a reason.

They didn’t tell me someone was training and was in the room with me. Felt uncomfortable. Then sent my meds to pharmacy that wasn’t open on Sunday. I went back and asked if they could send it to another place that was one. They sent it to cvs which doesn’t open till 10am on Sundays. They should know hrs of local pharmacy especially when you are in pain.
