I called to schedule an appointment and at my appointment the whole staff was outstanding and so nice

My son needed a sports physical and received a top notch experience

The girl who brought us to the back came off as rude. She did not greet us or speak until she had to ask my son question regarding his injury once we were in the exam room. She asked several question with nothing in hand but her memory. After waiting about 20 minutes the PA came in and told my son to move his finger despite my son saying it hurt. He said he read the report and he knows he doesn’t have a broken finger. My son kept saying it hurt so he went back to his computer and came back saying he actually did have a broken finger and that the radiologist got it wrong the first time. Left not confident in the outcome. Will never return.

I went in with some pain to have it further assessed. The PA, Paul Neagle, referred me to the ER for surgical assessment. He was spot on. The diagnosis was confirmed with additional testing and I had surgery that evening. He personally followed up with me later. This Urgent Care facility and their staff go above and beyond and are super friendly and professional. They genuinely care and take the time to listen to your concerns with an empathetic and kind bedside manner. In the medical field, this is harder to come by these days but my experience is a reminder that there are some good ones out there. I am grateful.

I love this Urgent Care! The check in is fast. The staff who helped me at this visit were all great! The whole clinic is clean, pleasant and comfortable. The entire experience was amazing from checking in with Gloria, MA Faiza (sp) was caring and helpful, X-ray tech Timbra was awesome. The provider, Paul Neagle, PA, was awesome as well! Great bedside manner, listens, and after care instructions. Once again, AFC has impressed us! Best clinic in Charlotte! If you need Urgent Care, go to this clinic and provider.

I needed medical clearance to start a new assignment. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout and ensured that the form was completed as required. I recommend this provider and will return should I ever need urgent care.

I had a great experience at AFC Urgent Care Ballantyne. I came in feeling absolutely miserable with a severe headache and sinus pressure that had been going on for days and had gotten to the point where I couldn’t focus or function normally. The provider listened to what I was experiencing, took my symptoms seriously, and came up with a treatment plan that made an incredible difference. Within a few hours, the constant headache that nothing had been helping was completely gone. I’m writing this the next day and I still feel so much better. Everyone was kind, efficient, and helpful throughout the visit. I’m extremely grateful for the care I received and would absolutely come back if I needed urgent care again. Highly recommend!
