I needed a TB test completed for a job; the staff was very friendly and efficient.

Quick & extremely efficient. The staff is a pleasure to work with.

I walked in with symptoms headache, soar throat and fever. I was seen right away. I was in and out within an hour. I will definitely go there again if needed. Everyone was customer friendly.

Had an issue with knee pain from working out. The front desk agent was outstanding, as well as the nurse and the healthcare provider was outstanding! Excellent care! Phenomenal staff!!

I would like to formally express my concern regarding the unprofessional behavior of the X-ray technician, whose name I believe is Trimba. During my interaction with her, I felt that she was rude and intimidating. Because it appeared that she was unwilling to assist me, I politely asked whether another staff member could help. She became defensive, rolled her eyes, and stated that she was the only X-ray technician. I then asked to speak with the manager. Rather than addressing my concerns professionally, she continued to display a dismissive attitude and slammed the door as she left. As a result of this interaction, I no longer felt comfortable proceeding with my visit. I decided not to be seen and left the facility immediately afterward. No patient should feel intimidated or disrespected when seeking medical care. I believe patients deserve to be treated with courtesy, respect, and professionalism at all times. I am requesting that this incident be reviewed and addressed appropriately. I would also appreciate follow-up regarding my concerns and the steps that will be taken to prevent similar experiences for other patients.

They lied us with the services and prices, and it took almost 2 hours

Very easy and helpful to pre register online. I was called back within 10 minutes of being in waiting area., Nurse was very friendly. Dr was attentive to my concerns. Scripts were waiting for me at pharmacy when I got there

Everyone from the check in person to the nurse, X-ray technician and Doctor wss great!!! They are so nice and Dr. Triston Woodruff is so caring and thoughtful  explaining everything you need to know!!! Atttttt score in my book!

I went in for an extremely sore throat, congestion, etc and was able to walk right in and be seen. Staff was friendly and efficient! However- care was not great. Despite having no voice and in pain while speaking, I had to describe the issue twice to the assistant and then doc. I tested negative for covid/strep/flu. Dr gave me advice (all of which I had already been doing and had communicated) and then said my throat only looked a “little red”. I had no voice and could not swallow, so that was unhelpful. I said I was worried about my tonsils and that they felt swollen, only to be told they were a “little swollen, not bad”. I started the antibiotic that day just in case, then last night 3 huge tonsil stones dislodged. I instantly felt two times better and can see the space they came from now, red and swollen. How did no one who looked in my throat see them? Or assist with removal as it had been over a week and was impacting my quality of life? I think the strep swab helped dislodge, and i’m sure the antibiotic is assisting whatever infection caused them. Just frustrated that my pain was minimized and the issue wasn’t diagnosed properly.
