AFC Urgent Care, South West Charlotte

I was able to do a walk-in the same day within a few hours of calling. The check-in process was very easy. The front desk staff was very helpfull with check-in over phone and a tablet provided by the office. All the staff where very accommodating asking questions and also answering any questions that, I may have had. Quick process of care,with the lowest pricing compared to other facilities. I would recommend this location.

Everyone was nice and friendly very helpful. The doctor explained everything and told me what she thought it could be. Everything was very well manner.

Walked in close to closing and they still saw me. I had congestion, ear pain and sore throat. The girl at the front checked me in fast and Emani was so gentle when swabing my nose. The provider Markell was the best I've ever seen. She listened and spoke to me about options. I will be back.

Everything went well, the staff were respectful and professional. I was upset at another patient that was in my business when I was discussing hippa and confidential information. However I was very pleased with everything else. Thank yo for your services.

Wait time to be seen by the nurse practitioner was close to an hour and only 2 people were ahead of me. They call you in quick it once the finish taking your viles and close the door it feels like they forgot you were in the room that’s how long it takes.

Scheduling for a appointment was very easy, but you also can walk in. Checking in is also quick. The staff are very friendly and caring. The staff genuinely care about your situation. I love this urgent care. The staff are great and I always walk out having my needs met.

I went in without an appointment.  The receptionist was very helpful in completing the required forms. I was called back within a few minutes and the visit went very smoothly.  The whole staff was quite efficient.
