I was impressed by how organized everything was, how professional and truly caring everyone was. It started with an inquiry with the Matthews location who weren't able to provide an IV. Was able to get an appointment that suited my needs. Doing pre check in was easy. The staff is very helpful if you have a question about the check in process, they are very patient and caring. The visit was very thorough and gave the opportunity to ask questions and gave instructions that were very easy to understand.
