Visit was great! Seen very quickly and was treated great!. The MA Emily was so nice while getting my vitals and the PA Elaini explained everything to me well and helped me with my concerns.

First in, first out this morning. Sore throat, runny nose, wanted to catch it early.  Young lady at reception was very pleasant and very helpful. I was tested for strep, Covid and flu. Nurse was great! PA checked me out, sent Rx to the pharmacy and I was out on 45 minutes! Great service all around!! Thank you!

I have been battling congestion for several days and my ears were really congested. Jillian Yeager took excellent care of me. The staff (TS) that gave my injection did an awesome job, too. The young lady at the front desk that checked me in and out was very kind as well. I highly recommend each one of them.

Had a uti that was progressing quickly. The staff and medical team took care of me in a short period of time. They were all wonderful.

I have been having issues with extreme dizziness, earache, headaches, nausea, I finally decided to go to Dr to see what was going on and I was informed that I had inner ear. The staff was very friendly and efficient and the nurse and Dr. did an awesome job getting my ear irrigated enough to finally see there was no damage to my ear drum. Thank you all👍

Being the fact this is primarily a walk in clinic, I was very impressed with all they had to offer.

Visiting chattanooga from out of state. Did not schedule appointment. Walked in. Friendly staff. Lobby was pretty full but wait time was OK. Felt I was treated professionally. Will use service again if needed and in chattanooga again.

All the staff, from the receptionist to the nurse & doctor, are excellent; professional, friendly, considerate & thorough! The doctor even told me of a minor suspicious thing she found that had nothing to do with my appointment. She suggested mentioning it to my PCP. I highly recommend this provider!
