I really didn’t want to go to urgent care but have been having symptoms of a possible infection that wouldn’t relent. I’m so glad now that I went in. AFC was perfect. I booked online and was seen at exactly the time I booked, which was just a few minutes after booking. Loved every single person there from reception on out. The PA Cathy was like seeing a doctor you’d wait months for. She was just wonderful! So thorough and caring. She is everything you want your medical provider to be!

had a headache for 3 days while on vacation. the hotel staff recommended AFC. I am so glad they did. they were thorough, listened, and could not have been any kinder.

My ear started to hurt suddenly, so I came in to get it checked out. Friendly receptionist, there was almost no wait, and the doctor and nurse were both absolutely amazing. Very caring, explained things well, gave me options, extremely good bedside manner. Plus I got out of there in under an hour, I believe. My ear is already feeling better and I'll definitely be back if I ever need some more help, heaven forbid.

I rated the wait time a 4 star, because although I was put into a room after a 10 minute wait in the outer waiting room, I had to wait again for another 25 minutes after the nurse took my vitals before being seen by the doctor. Evidently there was an emergency that took priority over my case, which is understandable, but the nurse should have come back into my room and made me aware of the reason for the delay. I literally considered walking out and going to another urgent care, because if the lack of information. However, I left my room and searched around for the nurse and asked if I had been forgotten about?, (because I had waited a signification time without information). The point I am trying to make is: Communication to waiting parties is important.
