Staff very kind and caring. They had a genuine interest in my issue. They took time to explain the situation and helped to resolve it. Highly recommend this urgent care.

Needed to have a recheck of my UTI. Was in and out within 30 minutes. Everyone was great> Would highly recommend.

I cut my finger with some very sharp gardening pruners. I went to AFC Urgent Care to see if I needed stitches. Check in was so easy and the receptionists were so nice. I only waited maybe five minutes before I was brought into a room. The nurse that brought me was very friendly and got to cleaning my wound right away. Within a few minutes the doctor came in and started getting everything ready to start stitching my finger up. My wound required five stitches and he made sure that I didn’t feel anything. From start to finish my visit there was about forty minutes! Great service & great care, thank you!

The team was phenomenal.   I can thank them enough for being open when every one else was closed for the holiday.   Super short wait, staff and doctors were friendly and helpful.  I’m feeling so much better already thanks to this team.   It was a rough one.

I came to the Urgent care with a pain in my leg. I filled the form, and was told to wait for few minutes. I was called after about 7 minutes and someone took my vitals in the room. After about 10 minutes the MA came and checked me, and asked me a number of questions. He then advised me on the way forward. He told me to wait for my paperwork. Within about 40 minutes, I was through. I recommend and appreciate the kindness and care of the staff. God bless them.

Friendly and courteous customer service, ambience of the environment was evident throughout and seamless service delivery process.

I drove 30 minutes to come here for three required tests. After I arrived, I was asked to fill out three pages of forms and pay $249. About 30 minutes later, I was told that only two of the tests could be done today and that I would need to come back another day for the remaining test. I asked for a refund and left. This wasted an hour of my already busy day. I wish I had been informed before filling out the paperwork and making the payment. This was a waste of time and very unprofessional.

Walked in and right out. Great and friendly staff. Attentive and very little wait.
