If I have a terrible cough for almost two weeks and pain in my chest and shoulder blade for a few days and give me antibiotic and steroids and say if you don’t feel better in a few days come back and we’ll do a chest xray, why make me come back?  Do chest xray while I’m here, you’re billing my insurance anyway, I’ve paid my co-pay.   I’ve been to other urgent care offices in the past, and they’ve done a chest xray right then!!!!   I will not be going here again!

I would definitely recommend AFC. Scheduling on the app was very easy. Check-in took about five minutes, staff was courteous and care was excellent. Thanks so much.

Doctor was fine and very helpful. Nurses were very stand offish and everything was a chore for them. Their attitude is the reason I have avoided doctors for so long. It makes me feel like my pain or symptoms aren't valid. I just seemed like such an inconvenience. Also, I asked for a copy of my x-ray and they told me the machine was down. I know they were just being lazy. I get it's a hard job and no doubt there are awful people who make it worse, but I always take to treating things myself because everyone always thinks I'm fine and makes me feel stupid for ever goong to the doctor. Seriously, don't become a nurse if you can't be good to people.

Scheduled appt went in, waited about an hour but once back with care team went smoothly and quickly. Sent my meds to alternate pharmacy so I could start them right away, since my mine had closed early since it was Sunday. I would definitely recommend to my family and friends in need of health care

Super easy check in! Was seen within 5min  Doctor was very friendly and knowledgeable. Made me feel very comfortable and confident before I left. Def recommend this urgent care!

Dr was excellent. Explained what was making me sick and how to prevent or manage further problems. He was sympathetic and understanding and super professional. Gave me all the time I needed. I can’t say enough good about him. I got in immediately and fortunately for me it was a quiet moment there. It was a great experience and I’m feeling much improved in 24 hours.

Scheduling online was easy and very friendly staff. I think delay in being seen vs scheduled time slot was merely because it was a Sunday and maybe only have so many nurses working that shift.
