Woke up this morning in need of a visit but my normal Dr. was on vacation. I scheduled a visit the same day online, uploaded all of my documents and when I arrived was easily checked in. The bedside manner of the nurse and Dr. both were good. I would recommend!

**Formal Complaint Regarding Unprofessional Treatment at Urgent Care** I am writing to express my concern regarding the treatment I received while attempting to obtain sports physicals for my two children. Prior to coming to the office, I called after seeing a flyer distributed through the Lindenwold School District advertising free sports physicals. I simply wanted to verify whether the information was accurate before making the trip. During the call, I was immediately told that there was no such flyer, that the office had no partnership with Lindenwold, and that no free physicals would be provided. I explained that the flyer appeared to have been distributed through the school district and that if the information was incorrect, I had no issue paying the fee. My only purpose for calling was to clarify the information. Despite my explanation, I was repeatedly told that the physicals would cost $45 and that I needed to make sure I had the money if I came because I would not receive a free physical. I reiterated several times that I understood and was prepared to pay. Because my children needed their sports physicals in order to participate in athletics, I brought them to the office anyway. When I arrived, the receptionist recognized me from the phone conversation and immediately asked to see the flyer. After I showed it to her, she stated that she needed proof because it "could have been AI" or "could have been altered." This accusation was surprising and unnecessary. The flyer had been distributed through the school district, and I had no reason to fabricate or alter it. The receptionist photographed the flyer from my phone and sent it to her supervisor. Rather than addressing the apparent miscommunication, the supervisor reportedly stated that she did not want to deal with the situation, would not address the flyer, and that no one would be receiving free physicals at their office. Throughout this interaction, I felt dismissed rather than heard. What was most upsetting was the manner in which I was treated. At no point did I argue about paying. I acknowledged from the beginning that if the flyer contained incorrect information, I would simply pay for my children's physicals. Instead of listening, staff repeatedly implied that I was attempting to obtain services dishonestly. After seeing the flyer for themselves, they continued speaking about the situation in a way that made me feel as though my integrity was being questioned. While I understand that the flyer may have contained inaccurate information or may have been distributed in error, that mistake was not mine. I contacted the school representative whose information appeared on the flyer, and I also reached out to the superintendent so they would be aware that misinformation had been circulated. My concern is not the $45 fee. My concern is the lack of professionalism, the dismissive communication, and the assumptions that were made about me. The interaction left me feeling humiliated and disrespected. The tone and repeated questioning of my honesty caused me to feel that implicit bias may have influenced the way I was treated. I respectfully request that this incident be reviewed, including the conduct of the staff involved, and that appropriate steps be taken to ensure that future patients are treated with courtesy, respect, and professionalism, even when there is confusion regarding promotional materials or community partnerships. Every patient deserves to be listened to without being made to feel dishonest or unwelcome. The one good thing is that they did give my youngest daughter a lollipop. And my other two children a gift bag with some lotion samples. please excuse the two stars for friendliness. I accidentally pressed two I meant to select one.
