This urgent care is great the doctors are excellent at there patients care.. The front desk I don’t like the fact that when you come in before other people you have to fill out the patient form and if the other person finishes first they go ahead of you and you been there first… I think that’s unfair..The receptionist didn’t ben knowing I was there for a while

I went in for flu symptoms, made an appointment very last minute but I could have just walked in. Super easy to schedule since there were tons of time slots open. Waiting room was clean and check in staff was friendly. I was called in within 5 minutes of checking in. Nurse practitioner Rodriguez was very kind and informative. I’ve tried a few urgent cares in the area and many of them are dismissive of symptoms and sometimes even prescribe the wrong thing—this one was the opposite and I will definitely be going back next time I’m sick.

Easy to schedule appointment on line and fill out all information needed...I had a 12:00 pm appointment and was taken on time. Facility is very well organized. Dr. Rodriguez is very thorough and explains everything with a great bedside manner. Front desk was very cordial and knows what they are doing. Dr. Assistant was great too. I highly recommend this provider..

Was able to make an appointment online for my sick child easily and quickly. Arrived ahead of the appointment time and was left to wait over an hour and a half before being seen. In a small room with all sick patients. What's the point of an appointment time slot?

Unfortunately the visit was not satisfactory lousy experience the PA was sicker than my daughter came to the room coughing like Krazy couldn't give a proper examination I was very disappointed he should stay home. I will never go back to this place again.

I was visiting with family from another state , woke up not feeling well with a new baby coming home from the hospital. Definitely needed to be seen to make sure I wasn’t contagious.  Googled urgent care facilities near me, walked in , filled out paperwork and was taken back immediately.  Staff weee extremely courteous and professional.  I was in and out before I knew it. The longest part was filling out the paperwork .  I would definitely recommend this provider!
