The five star rating is solely for the outstanding medical staff. They are professional knowledgeable, and provide excellent patient care.  Unfortunately I cannot say the same about the scheduling and check-in staff. My experience with them was disappointing. They were unprofessional disorganized and lack the level of Customer Service I would expect from medical practice.  Improving the front office would greatly enhance the overall experience of the practice.

I had another possible UTI. I did hesitate in choosing AFC again. This is my 4th visit to this facility and each was the same. From checking, with the patient and affable help of the young lady at the front desk, through triage, and finally the FNP, everything was friendly, helpful, informative, and professional. I highly recommend these folks at AFC when the hour becomes later than one can be seen by your family MD/NP.

Dreaded going due to a terrible sinus headache- actually put it off a day hoping to get better. Wish I’d gone sooner, scheduling and paperwork were so easy! I was in and out in about 30 minutes, not the 1/2 to 2 hours I’m used to!  Extremely nice and professional!  Highly recommend!
