I was treated with kindness and respect. I was given follow up instructions and prescriptions and feeling much better. Started feeling nauseous night before my visit snd next day too. Appointment was easy to make and wait time going to room was just a few minutes. Wait time in room was longer than usual because doctor had to do some stitches. The nurse explained situation to me and offered me water while I waited. I was fine with the wait. Dr was very nice and thorough. She answered all my questions and took great care of me. I would definitely recommend this clinic.

The staff at Urgent Care in Ooltewah were amazing from the moment I stepped in the door. They opened exactly on time and gladly held the door for me and greeted me cheerfully and with a smile. They were friendly, courteous, efficient, understanding, knowledgeable, quick, efficient and thorough. Their communication skills are A+. The discharge information was explained to me in detail, along with recommendations and what to expect over the next several days. They helped me so much when I was not feeling well, and gave me a big boost on the way back to wellness. I highly recommend this medical team and facility. ❤️
