Very professional and clean clinic. Wait time is very quick which is why we will keep coming back here.

Woke up and scheduled the first appointment of the day. Staff was running in late and had to wait 20 minutes. Im convinced that I have strep throat and I could overhear them about the test being ran wrong - my diagnosis was wrong.

The facility was clean and the front desk nurse was kind and respectful, it was also very quiet with only one or two other patients. Unfortunately, the nurse practitioner I saw was extremely dismissive, barely interacted with me at all, was hard handed and aggressive in her examination, brushed off my actual questions, when I pushed for more answers as to why my (visible) symptoms were happening she said it was barely visible and gave me some nonsense theory that, if she'd bothered to ask any questions at all, she would have known was impossible. There were also no questions asked about medical history/conditions that might have helped identify the cause of the problem or pose concern for potential complications. Finally, while I was still trying to get her to actually discuss the problem, she literally ushered me out the door, telling me she'd send me steroids if I was really concerned about it, but never explained what the steroids would even be for given that she also said there wasn't actually a problem. All told, it was a very problematic experience, and I left wondering why on earth I'd wasted the time and money to come into the facility. I ended up going to another provider when the symptoms worsened who actually took the time to do their jobs. They connected it to a diagnosed medical condition, and provided an appropriate treatment plan based on proven facts instead of offering a bandaid fix off of uninformed supposition.

NP Weaver was really throrough with education. It was a quick 10 minutes in and out as Urgent Clinic should be. Will definitely come back!
