I had a sore nostril for a few days and became concerned it might get infected. I went on line scheduled and appointment and filled out necessary forms. I was seen quickly upon arrival with nothing else to do. The nurse practitioner advised me that my condition was not serious and would not get infected which put my mind at ease. 3 days later I have no pain. I highly recommend AFC Urgent Care of Denville.

The PA provider was excellent. Thorough, smart, conscientious. Took her time getting to know me and develop a comprehensive care plan. Highly recommend her.

Scheduling was easy and the check-in process was smooth. However, I was disappointed with the clinical evaluation. I presented with chest pain, yet there did not appear to be any sense of urgency. After being placed in an exam room, I waited approximately 35 minutes before the provider came in. The encounter lasted less than two minutes, and I was informed that I would be discharged without further evaluation. As an ED nurse, I understand that healthcare settings can be extremely busy. However, chest pain is a symptom that typically warrants prompt assessment. I had to specifically request an ECG for reassurance, whereas in my ED, even during high patient volumes, we strive to obtain an ECG within 10 minutes for patients presenting with chest pain. Fortunately, my symptoms turned out to be musculoskeletal in nature, but the outcome could have been very different had this been a cardiac event. I hope this feedback encourages a review of the evaluation process for patients presenting with potentially serious symptoms such as chest pain.

No problem booking an appointment. Staff was very friendly and the care was excellent. I was out within 30 minutes.

Walk-in appointment for tonsil issues. Nurse was very nice and listened to what I had going on. Dr came in, had already decided that whatever I had going on was nothing serious and suggested numbing lozenges. Had zero interest in listening to anything I had to say. Walked out and cried in my car. Still sick two days later.

Started coughing and feeling really bad. It was a holiday weekend, and my doctor was not in. I went to the AFC in Denville, they got me in pretty fast.  I was helped quickly and efficiently. Everyone there was caring and thorough.

Woke up this morning with a case of poison ivy. I registered online and arrived on time and was asisted right away. The staff was friendly, efficient and professional. I will recommend them to my family and friends.
