AFC Urgent Care, Depew

This is my second time here the staff is great the drs are great too I went in for an ear nose and throat infection and they took great care of me I had a terrible experience at a Well Now facility they charged me more money to go thru my insurance this place doesn’t do that I will continue to go to them from now on excellent service great bedside manner 👍👍👍♥️❤️

Staff was caring, it was an easy process to check in, wait time, 10 minutes, caring dr, normal co pay for my insurance, highly recommend this urgent care.

Enter UC for a quick check up with my body issues. I got in and waited for about 20 minutes to be checked. It went very well and smoothly. The doctor was very sweet and friendly.

Everything was fine - Dr didn’t send in my meds tho.

Very severe headache. New checking system that is all from your phone that I was no way going to navigate in the state I was in. Glad I had my husband with me to complete it. Not very user friendly. The staff was very kind and courteous.

I was tossed out and sent to the hospital because the on staff dr or attending would not listen nor want any accountability. All she wanted to do was call an ambulance when I told her what was needed she did not care nor take any kinds of consideration to what was being told to her I had a cute bronchitis and needed a nebulizer and albuterol inhaler. I went in the ambulance where they gave me a nebulizer and albuterol inhaler, and I was instantly OK and all of my symptoms subsided she would not even entertain the idea that she could be wrong and all she cared about was making sure I signed a piece of paper so she didn’t hold any accountability for the lack of her ability. This was literally the worst place I have ever been to.

I was afraid I'd be turned away, arriving an hour before closing time, couldn't register while driving. I was able to complete my registration there, not losing my spot in line, and was done within a half hour. Staff were friendly and helpful and I was even sent documents about my diagnosis and it's treatment electronically. Thank you! It was so nice to experience that customer service is still practiced by every individual there.

Wonderful staff. Schedule is easy.  Care about patients even little ones.

Took a bit of time checking in because it’s all done on the app, once I got going it was ok. Staff was nice. Christopher Zent NP was nice and explained things well. I was in and out in less than half an hour.

I came in to be examined for a medical related issue and the staff were friendly and helpful.
