AFC Urgent Care, Deptford

Scheduled an appointment first this morning. Appointment was at 3pm arrived at 2:50pm. Was not called into the exam room until 4 pm with having an appointment. An hour in the waiting room. Then another 30 mins in the exam room

Very easy to schedule the appointment online and complete the check in process.  Barely waited when I arrived and was finished quickly.   I come here when I can’t get in with my doctor and it’s always an easy process.  The only downside is the restroom could’ve been cleaner.

scheduled appointment online took me to back at appt time then i waited 25 minutes then asked can i be checked for a head cold after was already diagnosed with a cornea scratch then doctor looked at my throat said yes post nasal drip and i would have to go back out in waiting roomand register , reallyvery unprofessional is as far asi can say

I had a great experience. I got an appointment immediately was in and out in less than 15 minutes. I'm feeling better already.!

No bed side manner  They are not doctors went a week ago paid out of pocket and I’m still sick my ears are killing me!      I would tell people go to your doctor this is not a replacement!! I would never go again!!! They took my money and I’m still sick would you go back ?

Absolutely amazing staff, office, and care. Scheduling was easy, no wait time, and was treated quickly.

Wait time was unacceptable. I was told it was actually 'first come first serve' even though I had a scheduled appointment. Prescription initially was to be sent to Shoprite Glassboro, but when I realized it wouldn't be processed in time for pick up, I asked the NP to send it to CVS 24 hour pharmacy in Sewell. She told me 'tell them to change the pharmacy when you check out in the front'---which I did. They sent it to Shoprite anyway. I called at 7:40 and spoke with the tech--'he said I will send it to CVS. My husband picked up the prescription at 10 pm at CVS who said 'your insurance approved it at Shoprite (that is now closed), and so we can give you the copay cost, if you want it you have to pay $37, or wait till morning to go to Shoprite. I was already febrile and symptomatic. Your facility is understaffed for the volume you have. The nurse practitioner was difficult as well. I would not return or recommend this facility. Previously I had a great experience in Sewell.

We had to wait a little bit for our scheduled appointment however they were swamped. The staff was extremely nice and took their time with both my daughter and I. Would definitely return again.

Woke up today having symptoms of a UTI I scheduled an online appointment. I was seen very quickly The cost was what I expected Love AFC, the doctors and the staff are wonderful. Definitely recommend this facility

Woke up with a sore throat & sinus headache was able to book an apt same day. Waited an hour with apt to be seen by dr. Wouldnt give me any meds as my symptoms werent sverve enough. Today i have more symptoms & sinus pain
