The main problem was the building itself. Although it was very clean and attractive, the air system leaves a lot to be desired. When the air conditioning is running it’s freezing and when it’s turned off, it’s like the air just stops flowing and it becomes a sauna. I was sweating profusely and had to go get a fan on two different occasions, and I even left the examination room to go find a way to call myself down. If I go again, I would definitely take a personal handheld fan and a sweater.

I was seen quite quickly and staff was wonderful, everyone was super professional, very friendly and very helpful. I did have an “insurance/payment” issue; however, I believe that was due to the fact that it was a Saturday visit and I am hoping that it will resolve on Monday, a regular business day. I would highly recommend this provider.

When can I expect the results of my throat culture? I waited a good 20 minutes before I got in. I called back because I was suddenly getting sharp stabbing pains in my right ear, and was unsure if during the evaluation by the nurse practitioner, if she saw the beginnings of an infection. If that were the case, I would presume that an antibiotic would be appropriate at this time before the infection got worse. Not sure why they’re such a disconnect from what I talked with the staff about and the swab test. I was only trying to be proactive if indeed, there was the beginnings of an infection in my ear. So the information I’m looking for at this point in time from the nurse practitioner was there the startings of an infection. If so, can we head it off by prescribing an antibiotic?

The patient patient exam room was cleaned with a chemical that was making me cough, and was extremely nauseous. 4-23–26 In all of my years of going to a doctors’s office, that was the worst. Even the employees there were complaining.

Booking was easy. Wait time was less than 10 minutes. The whole staff was friendly and courteous. The facilities are clean and spacious.

Friendly staff, bedside manner was great, very clean. Wait time seemed ok, but noticed that a couple people that came in after me, were seen before me.

It was so easy to book my appointment and the receptionist was super helpful with all of my questions. Everyone is so nice at this clinic. When the Walgreens pharmacy had difficulty accessing my prescription, the clinic jumped into action and helped to work out the kinks.

I was really pleased at how easy it was to get in and how quickly I was treated.  I was very comfortable and given good care.   This is the second time I have been here and would definitely recommend this office!

Was treated for sinus infection, very happy with wait times & Dr’s treatment. Would definitely use again.
