Took my son in to get his foot checked out and went back almost immediately, everyone was so nice and cared for him amazingly.

Staff were very thorough to figure out why I have a rash.

Very easy to schedule an appointment before heading over. There were several people in the waiting room, but the wait time wasn’t bad. The staff is always very helpful and polite. Nurse and doctor both listened to my concerns. I saw Melissa and she was able to quickly figure out what was going on, called in some prescriptions for me, and I was on my way back home to rest.

I was there for a follow up since I did not feel better after finishing my antibiotic. The person who saw me today did not examine me at all, saying this is going around and I basically need to be patient for all symptoms to pass. Today’s visit just felt a little dismissive.

Had severe sciatic pain all the staff was very attentive. No wait time. Great bedside manner yes the cost was what was expected. Yes would very much recommend this provider.

I went in for my second time to AFC Urgent Care. The care I received was excellent. The facility not so much. The facility is very clean and nice but VERY COLD! They were busy so I was left for a while. I asked for a blanket but they said they don’t have any. If you are going to leave someone waiting for 2 hours in a room that feels like a freezer then you need to have blankets available. I know if I would have gone to ER walk in down the road they would have been able to help if it was that cold.

Was there over 2 hours and was the only patient there when I got there. No doctor on staff, only a nurse practitioner who didn’t seem to know what she was doing.
