Scheduling was a breeze with the online options, as was check in at the clinic. All the staff were friendly and caring. I felt listened to with my complaints of illness and care received was excellent. Couldn’t recommend this clinic more.

Friendly staff from the time I checked in , when I was called to the back ( not a long wait) was offered water while waiting for doctor ( not long ) .....I would highly recommend family and friends to visit for their untimely incidents

My experience at the Dunn urgent care was excellent. Dr. Satterfield was amazing, the clinic was very clean, and the service was fast and efficient. Ian was especially helpful and kind. I highly recommend this urgent care for anyone needing quality care.

Scheduling was easy. Providers are the best and are very caring and attentive. Other med staff are exceptional as well! It's so hard to find a provider that listens and understands. Definitely my go to when I cannot be seen by my primary physician.

I did a walk in on a Sunday. Was asked questions and was politely asked to fill out my information on my phone. Completed it and I was called right back to be seen. Place was spectacular in all ways. Everyone was so polite. If I have to go anywhere other than my regular doctor, this is where I'll be going.

Great staff, very kind and friendly. I don’t have insurance at the moment so I was hesitant about coming in because it was very expensive but the care I received was great. I know other urgent cares do not cost as much so I honestly would probably seek care elsewhere for that matter but if I could afford to return, I would. The wait time was short and that was nice as well. The provider was very attentive and knowledgeable.
