Excellent facility, compassionate staff. Thorough exam and explanation. Highly recommended! Visit was a walk in, check in was easy on computer in waiting area.

Great service!  Minimal wait. Felt better after leaving! Recommend strongly!  Bedside manner really good!

The tech / nurse taking med list and vitals had no idea what she was doing. She shot the thermometer cover into my daughter’s mouth while taking her temperature. She also took over 10 minutes trying to write my daughter’s meds in and could not figure out how to find any med. She gave me alternate options of meds and I kept having to say no that’s not it. She eventually gave up and left. We wasted 15 minutes doing that and checking in by the time we got seen it was 10 minutes before they closed and the care was minimal. Days later her finger is still hurting badly and we had to go see a different provider to receive better care. Disappointed to say the least!

Very nice and clean office. Great staff and did not wait long at all. Took care of my son and we were on our way home with the proper medication. 10/10 I recommend. Dr. Bryan Romero was great and patient.

Was able to schedule an appointment easily and fill out the forms online, no wait time at all which was great. However, the actual checks performed by Dr Rebecca I believe were very very quick and not as detailed as it typically should be, almost seemed like she was in a hurry which is a bit confusing since there were no patients anyways at the center at that time. Just didn’t feel like a comprehensive check was done.

I had to return to office my prescription was sent to wrong pharmacy cvs instead of Walgreens. I was not given a visit summary or a note for work since I was diagnosed with a contagious disease. Needs better attention to detail.

I was visiting the area and had forgotten to pack one of my meds. They were able to give me a prescription to tide me over until I got home.

I did it online and was seen exactly at my appointment time I didn't have to wait I have insurance, so no co pay. I would definitely recommend Dr. Patel,she was great.
