I went there for a Workmen’s Comp. case and even though the staff was friendly, they listened I received x-rays, which was great however, I just felt like the doctor or assistant that saw me was not hands-on so, how do you know what my actual injuries are if you don’t examine them and then I felt like I had to direct her to what the steps are next I suggested she referred me to an ortho and I suggested physical therapy in which she agreed, but as a patient, you look to them to have the suggestions based on their exam, which was not done.

The nurses/doctors here are very sweet and understanding. Also I had a zero minute wait time. Im really glad I found this urgent care and that they take my insurance!

I have a cold. I wanted more meds than a cough suppressant. I told the PA that I think a medrol would help and maybe an antibiotic. She told me no. I woke up the next morning and feel horrible. Very disappointed with this place.

Everyone was nice. Intake was fine. But the nurse practitioner was unable to complete her diagnosis because the clinic was out of topical anesthetic. She had no recourse but to refer me to the nearest emergency department to receive a diagnosis...and any treatment.

I woke up this morning with a really bad sore throat and was able to do a walk-in visit at AFC Urgent Care. Was seen very quickly by a staff member Kerri. She was soooo nice & sweet and she did a thorough exam to help determine what's causing my symptoms which included a throat culture to see if I had Strep Throat. About 10 mins. later a Nurse Practitioner Lauren Castillo returned to tell me it wasn't a strep throat and that they were also testing what type of infection I was having. Lauren was also soooo friendly and sweet! Both Kerri & Lauren made me smile and help lessened the discomfort I was dealing with! I highly recommend anyone that needs to go to an urgent care office go to AFC in Milltown, NJ!!!

I was able to book an appointment 1 hour before on the same day. I had an annoying cough that persisted for some time. Staff Alexa and Kerri were very personable and knowledgeable. Very good listeners. They do all the tests there including x-rays. All in the office. Very convenient. Staff were friendly

This was my first time going to an urgent care facility.  I was having abdominal pain and decided to go check it out.  Eased of check-in was awesome and once checked in I was seen right away.  Nurse and doctor were sympathetic to my pain and once everything was done on their end, the doctor recommended that I go directly to the emergency room for further testing and I am so happy that I took his advice.  Thank you so much.
